Hi great video and great sound!!! but i can't understand wich chords are you playing at minute 1:06, the end of the background riff. can you post it please.
@ 1:06 it's A7 - bar DGBE string on second fret and use ring finger to play the 3rd fret of the high E string. Really appreciate you checking this out and all the best with your music!
@tonedr Sorry, that wasn't clear. What I meant to say is that if you had not disabled the like/dislike button, all you would see would be a green bar... (Hm, this might not be any clearer though...). Anywayz, great video.
Thank you so much for such a lesson. I have a lot of respect for people like you who want to do lot of work just to share their knowledge with others. Greetings !
hi would you be able to point me in the right direction for tabs? i love what your doing and am practicing but always easier for me to reference it on paper. only paying alittle over 2 years so all help is appreciated...thank you for such great videos
great to hear about your music and i appreciate you watching the video! I'm sorry but i don't have tab....this is just sort of my arrangement and random licks - wish i could help more.
dude man i recently got a new electric guitar in addition to my existing one. I got a hollowbody. looking to get some blues going. this definitely helps. I've been playing guitar for about 6 years but never really ventured into the blues. but this helps a lot
it is made by RS Guitarworks - they are about an hour away from me and some good friends. I really like what they do and you can have them build what you want. Hope you are doing great my friend!
Totally knockout! One of these days (maybe in the late 23rd century) I'll play this as effortlessly and with as much soul as your good self but it's bloody hard to teach 50 year old fingers new tricks. Many thanks for helping us rank beginners.
Brilliant lesson Dale, thanks I learned a lot which I am going to put into practice at our next band rehearsal. Got a couple of private shows coming up in two weeks time so will use that stuff and incorporate Sweet Home Chicago into our set!
hello Bruce, really appreciate you watching and thanks for the kind feedback! Hope you are having a great time with your band, i'd love to hear you guys!! Keep pickin,
Hi Dale, this is simply first rate ... 10 mins of sharing ideas and licks = 10 weeks of taking down, shaking up and re-making ... lol
I'm just in the early stages of learning some new acoustic fingerstyle blues study pieces all in E and hoping that they will feed in to my development of electric lead playing too ... some of the playing you demonstrate here show the sort of cross-over styles I was thinking of and how it can be done ...
thanks for your kind comments and i hope there is something here you can steal and maybe use - that's what we guitar players are all about isn't it?!? Hope all is good and thanks for watching, your friend, dale.
hello Rich, my daughter just got back from a trip to your city with her school and had a great time - hope to get thre someday soon myself! Thanks for your kind post - your friend,
Great lesson as usual Dale, quick question do you play the signature lick you demonstrate at 1:45 over the A chord only ?
MrMontonman 2 days ago
i'd play it over the 1 and 4 chord (E/A) thanks for the kind post and i hope all is good!!!
