personally i like RCC's bassline, but i think that bluecoats consistently has the best bassline year in and year out. I think that the bluecoats music shows off the basslines skill much more than RCC's music. but regardless RCC's bassline does have alot of talent

@xlmeay We definitely don't play it one tempo. it's a ram, we go from phat groove tempo to reefin in your face tempo. :)

@lilparadiddle O.O really? I transcribed music for this and it had a tempo change from 110 to 130 after the first three measures. It sounds the same... but yikes.

@xlmeay we do play the 110-130 change when learning it. But as the season progresses we expand the amount of tempos we play, and it becomes more based on feel.

RCC consistently has one of, if not THE, best basslines in WGI. It's amazing that they manage to stay so clean year in and year out. I'm not that big of an RCC fan but I love their bassline

I'm curios as to what you mean by good timing for an indoor bassline? granted marching bass for corp/band is different because the book is more dense that doesn't mean you're timing or anything should be any worse. Infact, because of the thin writing indoor basslines should theoretically have better timing because you get alot more freedom because nobody will hear a sngle split 32nd outdoors where as in the gym, it's pretty clear what your playing
