Psychology is not a physical science, nor is it an environmental one. It is a behavioral science, and thus does not equip its students to answer such questions as occur in evolutionary biology. In layman's terms, a psychologist is equally qualified to speak on matters of biology and astronomy. You're not an authority here.
Stop being afraid to admit there's stuff you don't know and don't understand. There are certainly large gaps in my knowledge! Come down from that ivory tower for a minute and actually look at the mud up close with me.

Live up to the notion that you really are the scientist you claim to be and investigate that which you don't understand.
or
Retreat into your "certain" and incorrect knowledge about a small world and never learn anything new.
Charles Darwin was only 22-years old when he boarded the HMS Beagle in 1831, as an unpaid volunteer naturalist, but Darwin had absolutely NO adcademic credentials, degrees, or diplomas to his name. He was not even a certified naturalist. His accomplishments up to that point was to fail at everything he put his mind to plus he never completed anything. Demanding credentials on the subject of science...ridiculous, and you call others idiots while calling people with degrees worthless.

He is even considered an expert with no credentials. I have more credentials than Darwin, though you have stated my degrees offer no value whatsoever. What was it you said..I am qualified to do nothing? As compared to who? Darwin? Well, anyone is just as qualified as Darwin to offer an opinion to Science.
