5ths can be obtain in hard difficulty or higher.

First, I would recommend getting a character to at least LV 45 to be safe. Now, in Survival Mode, you have to complete the "Shopkeepers Escort" mission on floor 71. You cant be knocked off "Moon Child", just like "Matsukaze" is fast and "Persion Mare" sets people on fire. ^_^

Even with 5th weapon any generic officer can still kill you in one combo. i can't see the point of unlocking it.

It makes his attack stats a little higher, but I think it also lowers his defense as well.
