Lakers may have been showtime on the fastbreak with Magic, but Bulls were the most unstoppable athletic team ever on a fastbreak. They could go 10 team into their bench and everyone could run the break. But or course, when you have Pippen and Jordan leading the way, you never fail!
2011 already, i still like them & they are the best, so sad nowadays young kids didn't have the change to watch them live, & keep on idoling james & bryant? T_T
with shaq teaming up with kobe and now gasol, with DWade, LBJ and Bosh, with the other big three's of the different teams, no one has yet to come close with what these '96 BULLS team had accomplished
Bulls had the best offense and defense with Jordan and Pippen with great guys like kukoc, harper, kerr, longley etc. Then with dennis coming along. They owned the rebounding as well.
phil jackson sure introduces the triangle offense as a team really well to get them a 72-10 record, but of course the players themselves are so good that they made a triangle offensive of their own for play #1, which is very selfless, now that's why they are an UNSTOPPABULL TEAM!
@46288328 for sure cause seriously no team in the nba has a good defense like back then any money most people wouldnt even take half the players on the bulls cause they were defensive players and not much of offensive players
#VIDEOPOSTERID# that is why love NBA perhaps even though it has its flaws. I'm completing this training program that's utilized even by NBA players - 50inch vertical[dot]com - I already jump few ins higher and being more impactful on the court!
#VIDEOPOSTERID# crazy, I increased over 15 ins on my jump by completing the training course at 50inch vertical[dot]com. now being being the shortest kid on court is nothing I have to be anxious about in a game finally, lol
sauhadjj3, is 5 9, American and can dunk easily. Wtf you mean white guys can t jump? It s (just|simply|all)# about the training people do to get their leg strength to be high enough to dunk. For me, I personally used the training program over at 50 inch vertical (dot) com
So my team mate sauhadjj3 just told me how he started dunking, he s shorter than me, he s only 5 6 but jumps over 9 inches higher! Apparently he followed the training plan over at (50 inch vertical [dot] com) and gained over 16 inches in his vertical leap!
sauhadjj3, damn that's sick. That is directly from a 5 6 PG who finish alley dunks. I checked out the vertical leap training program over at |50 inch vertical [dot] com| and increased past 12 inches on my vertical.
The Best team ever. Rodman=The most charismatic rebounder of all time. Pippen=The best all around player of all time. Jordan=The best player and competitor of all time. Anytime you got Kukoc coming off the bench, you know you have a great squad!
I mean does any team in the nba pass like on the #1 play in this video anymore!!?? This team was a true team that only wanted to win. Now its all about me in the nba. Granted Jordan wanted the ball, but like he said in his HOF speech, a quote from Tex Winter-"There is no "I" in team", but Jordan would respond- " But there is an "I" in WIN." The bulls just dominated these JV teams. I remember watching this with my dad in the 90's-best time of my life. Greatest team ever assembled!
come on man caffey was a good contributer to them...of course they would have won even with out him..he was one of my favorite player on that team (actually they all were hehe) 1 of my favorite plays from caffey was against the lakers, he gets his shot blocked by horry gets it back & then goes right @ horry over powering him like he was a rag doll & dunking in his face.
My favorite regular season play from 1996 didn't make the list. It's from the infamous Stackhouse game when Jordan felt Stack was mouthing off too much, so Mike made sure to bury him. The play in particular was when Stackhouse went hustling to defend a Jordan jumper, Jordan faked, and Stackhouse landed somewhere in the stands while Jordan calmly buried the J.
I remember that, Stackhouse said that the NBA was "easy" or something. Then Jordan outscores him something like 48 to 13! In the 4th quarter Jordan felt sorry for Stackhouse, patted him on the shoulder and told him to relax XD
1-2 punch? don't forget rodman. talk about the ultimate defensive compliment to the offensive firepower of jordan / pippen. i would say the perfect 1,2,3 and you're out punch combo!
Compliment to the offensive fire power of Jordan/Pippen? Pippen is the greatest perimeter defensive player of all time...and Jordan is the greatest defensive SG of all time...there is a reason why they are the only team to ever be 1st in offensive and defensive efficiency this season...because they had three first team all defensive players...Pippen the only player that season to be selected by EVERY SINGLE COACH.
Only a team this dominant with their leadership from Phil, Jordan, and Pippen could harnass Rodman like they did and make him such a fantastic team player and not a headcase. Rodman loved it there.
@TheFlash2424 And... Jordan's game winning shot against the Raptors (and Damon Stoudamire) didn't count because he let it go 1 second after the buzzer, otherwise they woulda had single digit losses (9).
I love the bulls. Best team ever. That team's only problem is they had too much talent.
But Pippen, Jordan and Rodman.. C'mon now. Even Kukoc Harper and Kerr were all awesome.
They just hooked up on the court like no other team.. they had a deep connection or some shit when they played man. Unselfish and skills to pay them bills.
Not only was this team the best ever record wise, but they would have beaten any other championship team in history! The only teams that would have a chance beaten them aside from any of the other Bulls title teams are the 2001 Lakers, 2008 Celtics, and maybe the 2004 Pistons, though I would still pick the Bulls against those teams
