  • Anyone know what effects they are using on guitar? Sounds like a chorus or flanger maybe...

  • Absolutely fantastic...seen 'em supporting Dio at the Aston Vila Leisure Centre,Birmingham,UK 1990....ace..

  • This is killer!!! Proud owner of their first stuff on vinyl, talk about sick!

  • come back eric, all is forgiven...

  • doom metal!

  • Whatever happend to these guys?

  • @Reno4reel Eric has a new band called Blackfinger. The rest of the guys are touring with a new singer... Kory Clarke of Warrior Soul

  • @leadgtr1 I recently heard some advances from Blackfinger's upcoming debut and it was great, really classic Trouble - sounding and kick ass. Now, as for the current version of Trouble..I love Warrior Soul and Mob Research both w/ Kory but I just cannot imagine him doing the classic Trouble material and it coming off well for some reason.

I've talked to some people that have heard the still yet unreleased new Trouble lp w/ him " The Dark Riff " and they say it kills so who knows?

  • The most underestimated band ever. Love it !

  • I'm not a fan of Metal (Oh, maybe, the Kinks). That said, this fuckin' rocks!!!!!!

  • Led Zeppelin + Black Sabbath)))

All bands(and Trouble too) are so GREAT.Long live REAL music!

    \m/ (-_-) \m/

  • Where is the "FUCKIN' LOVE THIS" option? This is the song that got me into the band! So doomy yet such a positive vibe!

  • This is a amazing song.

  • Saw these guys open for Savatage in 1990, two of the most underrated bands of the 80's on the same stage, too much for one night.

  • SAw these guys open for Pantera in 1992. It was the coolest shit ever!

  • @napalmfred

    WOW sounds amazing!!!

  • Where did the time go.Hard to believe it's been 20 years since this release. Trouble's music is as powerful today (with Eric Wagner) as it was when this album was released. As for Kory Clark or what ever his name is, give it up dude your voice sucks and your NEVER EVER! gonna replace Eric.To meTrouble is dead until Eric returns.

  • One of the best bands you've probably never heard of!

  • great song from an extemely underrated band

  • Kory Clarke is better.

  • great song.

  • DUDE'S GOT A BADASS VOICE

  • I can't make up my mind, but his voice sounds like Robert Plant's and john fogerty's mixed together.

  • On September 25th (Made Official by Metal Militia HQ) All members of the Metal Militia are recommended to go to Metallica's video "Metallica - Enter Sandman live in Moscow" in an attempt to make it the most viewed video on YouTube. • Perfect song to end my summer, I did nothing but smoke a ton of weed this whole summer, and the line "At the end of my daze, time to change my ways" makes so much sense haha. School starts tomorrow and I don't wanna be blazed off my ass

  • this one takes me back..still a good band

  • A ha! Real Rock! Thank You Cranking Craig for turning me on to this band. Thumbs up for Cranking Craig!

  • Very Heavy !! Great & unique voice man . Sounds even tougher than DIO. P.S. don't kill me on that one

  • I'm a bigtime SABBATH fan...but THIS is the coolest doom metal riff I have ever heard!!! And these guys say they learned all they know from Tony Iommi....:)

  • kick ass band! great album...cant go wrong...

  • dont forget warrior soul !!!!

  • Wish Kyle Thomas would have recorded w/ these guys. Would have taken them to the next level for sure!! Hey, It's never too late!

  • For 20 years I've wondered why Art Linkletter appears at the beginning of this video. Could it be because his daughter was on acid and jumped off a building and tried to fly? A warning to stay away from drugs, maybe?

  • love these they are my DNA

  • awsome song band album damn you just cant fuck with this!!!

  • blackfinger, eric's new band, will throw this song into their set from time to time

  • Traditional doom, fuck yea!

  • Are you guys referring to the intro riff ?- or the verse? The verse obviously comes from HAND OF DOOM from Black Sabbath, so that's who deserves credit there. the Intro is great riff though.

  • @imageassassin-RIght on Brother...Total HAND OF DOOM Riffage. When I listen to this song, I often start singing "You're havin a good time baybeh, but that that won't last" in traditional Ozzy style...KEEP IT HEAVY BRO...

  • Comment removed

  • seen em live 4 times great stuff

  • Crawling by Sacred Reich same riff

  • well obviously stolen from Trouble if it is....

  • @19metalhead80 yup prolly man i feel like they kinda ripped off a couple bands songs but the thing is that SR's actually pretty dam good tho

  • Trouble LIVE in Camden tomorrow! Ready for some twin guitar induced tinnitus!

  • Trouble is an excellent metal band i wish they wouldve been bigger. their self titled albums is one of the few out there that ive been able to listen to straight through good stuff.

  • Troubles self Titled album is one of the best Metal albums of all time. It was uplifting and full of hope in dark times. A light in the darkness. very spiritual.

  • Fucking classic METAL!

  • Eric Wagner. True fuckin legend. Without him it could never be the same. Wish he would come back!

  • Saw them in their prime and have all their shit on cassette :D

  • cassette? rofl

  • Great band Trk 1, 3, and 5 are just killer

  • these guys fuckin rock i miss this stuff...wish i could find an album somewhere.

  • it's funny that people don't know who these cats are man they are missing out.

  • Yeah, Trouble are quite the underdog of metal. The only reason I ever heard of them was because of Spiritual Beggars' cover of Mr White. Now I can't stop listening !

  • Did anyone see Trouble with Pantera? They had a tripod with a huge fattie. Anselmo did drums and they played Black Sabbath. It was cool.

  • Trouble is a great band, nothing but hits.

  • Great band!

And they were never Christian, it was just an image the record company thought would be a hit.

  • I have not heard this song in about 6 years...WOW!

Those dancing broads seal the deal for me...

    THIS RULES!

  • the singers like a doomy robert plant

  • electic wizard - the best!

  • One of my favorite bands EVER!!

  • its prolly cause of the vocals

  • the style of the song is heavily influenced by led zepplin, or at least it makes me think of zepplin!

  • I never listened zeppelin but I think you are wrong linking them with zepplin.. sabbath would be more appropriate.

  • Obviously Sabbath are a biggerinfluence, but they were into Zeppelin too.

  • aww the poor bass player needs a friend

  • Fantastic Music to the Ears !!! 5 Exploding Stars !!!

  • Yessssssss...This is so Great..Thank you so much for the share dokkcrue..I much appreciate it..

  • Kick ass!!!

  • Does anyone have "The Wolf" from the same album? This whole album is phenomenal!

  • Howard Stern on vocals!

    Ba-Ba-Booey!!!

  • This guy sounds like John Fogerty!

  • last time I heard this Z-Rock was playing it back in (HOPING IM RIGHT) IN 1991.Actually recorded it on tape cause it is a rocking song.

  • Z-Rock, I remember in the mid 80's when they were on in Cleveland. Z-Rock, 107.3 was the best station at the time and it was taken off the air a few years later. They played rock that the other stations didn't play and turned me on to bands like Trouble, Kind Diamond, Tesla and so many others. It was sad to have them taken out of Cleveland. Lock it in and rip the knob off.

  • Great Fucking Song!!

  • Mean fuckin' riff!

  • Awesome,,5 Exploding Stars !!!

  • a hell of a catchy riff!

  • One great song from an amazing band. Why is it so hard to find real music like this these days?

  • you can just look under the mainstream lmao

  • great heavy shit..great voice.

  • CHEERS TO THE OLD DAYS!!!!!!!!!

  • I'm old, and I remember stuff...........yawn.

How come every time I look up a vid that's more than 6 months old, someone has to comment about how old they are? Some of us don't want to be constantly reminded of our own mortality. Or that housewives and bald guys like the same music we do. (:=

  • this is so fucking good..!peace

  • This song never bores me, really fantastic ! It's so down to earth, shuffle metal with awesome guitar riffs, thanks for posting !

  • Hells' Yeah. These guys were great back in the day. Thanks for posting

  • Quite possibly the most underated rock/metal band ever. I will always be a fan, forever!

  • Blast from the fuggin past! this song sounds like a bluesy Overkill..like a not as evil, but just as wicked Twin ;p ..nice post!

  • one of the riffs from this song sounds like hand of doom, and the other riff sounds like hole in the sky, this songs awesome

  • That's is why I like this song. You could taste Sabbath!

  • Trouble is very tough to beat.

  • SLAYER!

  • I think it was J. I worked with at West Plaza Pizza Hut that

roadied for Trouble at this time. Those were fun days.

I was in home room with B. at Nancy Hill. You had a bowl

haircut in those days. I wish I had taken guitar lessons from

you instead of Baumflek's dad. Third Ring Records anyone?

  • This song kix ass. There is nothing else quite like it. It's unique!

  • May 2, 2008

Amidst many rumors it has been announced earlier today that Kory Clarke, of Warrior Soul, will be the new frontman of Trouble, effective immediately.

The news comes as the band returns to their Chicago homes following a successful European Tour.

  • can still remember the first time i heard that awesome tone from those flying v's!!

    Criminally underrated

  • Trouble rules. I've seen them numerous times including the first album days. I just saw them about a week ago in Cleveland, OH. They only played about 4 U.S. shows before an overseas tour. Cleveland is close to their home state & they claim it's their favorite city to play! We often get more shows then elsewhere. Years ago they only played 1 show in the U.S. the entire year and it was a metal festival in Cleveland. It kind of started their comeback with them touring again now and stuff.

  • A band forever to be loved! Know them since the first album and recently bought the first two albums remastered. Great sound improvement! Saw them live as well in Germany between Manic Frustration and Plastic Green Head. Bought One for the Road there. Great band!

  • I also saw these guys live in 1988 with overkill and savatage!!!!!!!!!!!

  • that would have been killer!

  • Electric green machine/ do you know what i mean. i still have all my Trouble cassettes. still love 'em. theres nuthin' like this anymore.

  • BRUCE FRANKLIN IS THE SHIT!! If you havent heard his solo work with a band called "GENERATION" you want to. ITS THE BEST INDUSTRIAL METAL ALBUM EVER! Wisg their was a second album

  • the most underrated band of all time. had to pay a shitload for this lp but it was oh so worth it

  • A dude I worked with in the summer of 1990 brought the "Trouble" CD to work one day and thank god he played that shit for me really loud. Fucking awesome!! Man, I loved it from the opening riff of the album. Whole album is GENIUS. Can anybody fucking believe they used to play shit like THIS on MTV?

  • A common denominator of good music is that is has heart. This is a great example of such - kudos and respect to Trouble for this amazing song!

  • God this was an awesome band...LOVE this shit

  • This IS an awesome band. I´ve seen Trouble last week. Thumbs up !!!

  • what a great song and riffs

  • Tales of Brave Ulysses was a cover that they did, its really by Cream

  • i know they mixed psalm 9 and an another album to make one album ...i dont remember the title but 1 song is missing:Tales of brave Ulysses.

  • 10/10

  • Gotta love those thick chunky riffs.

    Metal forever.

  • This song = Doom sweetness of the highest order.

  • KICK ASS TUNE!

  • Love this song. Easy song to play on the guitar. Its still fun!

    Doom on!

  • TROUBLE!!!!!!!!! \m/-_-\m/

  • Brazil salutes Trouble !!!! Great Band !!!!

  • Which is the best Trouble album?

  • have you heard "psalm 9"ß

  • The self-titled album "Trouble." Problem is, it's out of print. Saw it go for $50.00 on ebay, so good luck finding it. It's in my top ten all-time best metal albums.

  • If there's the band with THE SOUND out there it's got to be Trouble... Vocal sounds like he's drinkin' gasoline on daily basis - fakn greeejt!

  • Strypers lyrics, Sabbath's sound, maiden's harmonies and on vocals....Rob Halford with glass in his throat. And the whole band is stoned. MY GOD I LOVE THIS BAND. In the Metallica movie Het is wearing a Trouble shirt. Just thought you'd like to know.

  • Wicked. I love this song. Trouble are a fucking killer band!

  • lol @ that art linkletter asshole at the begining!

  • Good Video quality. I have a copy of this in mono on a beta tape that was recorded from Headbangers ball. So this copy is Better.

    butthole99

Run to the light can be found on Metalmeister DVD Volume one.

  • saw them last night in nyc...they were fantastic...

  • Trouble are so underrated. That guy can sing.

  • Trouble are one of the first bands I heard that understood that Sabbath heavy blues groove. Saint Vitus was another, but Trouble was more consistent IMO. They should've been huge.

  • Hell yeah i seen the band on this tour!!

Cant wait to hear the new simple mind condition cd..long live the doom!!

  • Trouble = Riff masters.. hard driving punch to the gut guitar riffs and rock solid drums and bass. I've always liked these guys, they are just awesome.

  • Awesome, thanks. The only video I can't find of theirs is 'Run to the Light', other than one guy who has a very crappy quality he got off Trouble's own site.

  • thanks a lot!! r.i.p. barry stern
