  • First of all... Mexican food is not latin you stupid female.... and i suggest you stick to making cassoroles and other white people foods

  • @RamDaRealist Shut up you idiot. Speaking is for humans not rats. I suggest you go back into your hole.

  • ooh lets all pick out the bottom of an avaocado at the grocery store to check for ripeness ;-) im sure the staff will be happy with us!

  • nice breast

  • thanks for the post! Both look very d-lish-us. However, the double tasking is a bit much for me. Forgetting which is what for, guac or peek.. Halfway through Id probably pour milk and cereal in one. Not too sharp. Looks delicious though.

  • Thank's.

  • Why, dear GOD WHY are you putting all of that crap into the guac. All you need is avocado, lime juice, salt and RED, please, RED onion. It looks like you are using a yellow or white onion, that won't do at all. And also if people don't like cilantro then they shouldn't eat pico de gallo because its not for them. That's all i have to say.

  • @chevon1920 speaking as a Mexican, I too think the best Guac includes cumin, jalapeno tomato and garlic.

  • how this women is beautiful she is nice but hell not she is not beautiful

  • Thank you very much, Veronica :)

  • Jeesh get a life dorks. You think you're fucking experts on foreign relations. I wanted to see comments on recipes. Not you're juvenile diatribe.

  • alrighty...back to the guac.. :)

    It looks delicious.

Thanks much and...what a beautiful smile!!

  • is she?

  • she is hot.

  • wow such serious comments for a fricken salsa recipe!

  • @oopoo64 That's because this is serious business. Also, neither are salsa.

  • What a Latino? Someone from ancient Rome who spoke latin? This woman is NOT mastering the art of Mexican food, she's simply making middle-of-the-road salsa & dip, wow! That's like a gringo going to mexico to show them how to make pancakes or macaroni & cheese. Yawn. -Derick

  • I haven't watched the whole video yet, but she could be from Spain...

  • Haas avocadoes are best for guatemala dip. The term Haas comes from the name of a character on the old TV show Bonanza.

  • I've believe it's called guatemala dip, not guacamole, not to be confused with the Mexican expression "guacala!" which means "I feel like vomiting."

  • Guatemala is a country??

  • Guacamole is a country. Guatemala is a dip made with avocados. Many will argue this, but I saw it on the Discovery Channel so it must be right.

  • but...i'm FROM Guatemala.

  • Es una broma, pues clarrrro!

  • @p0pxtartx guacamole is avocado in spanish(my language) its called aguacate

  • Hey, this is just a recipe...you can always change it to your liking. That's what people who like to cook usually do: try and try again. Why do people go crazy over a simple recipe? That's probably 'cause they can't cook jack sh..........LOL

  • No matter how authentic the recipe is (or isn't), I do love a good guacamole. I like your suggestions for varying the amount of heat in the recipe for different tastes.

  • She eats Pico chu... I like turtles. And squirrels.

  • Jeez. Apparently some of the people who have commented on this video believe that there is one, and only one way to make a specific food item. I would hate to be in the room when they started arguing over what toppings go on a pizza.

  • Been there, you just summed up my entire stay here in Germany... or as I call them Food Nazis.

  • Not to be racist or mean....but this white biatch doesn't know mexican food....wtf....TO PEOPLE WATCHING THIS: THIS IS NOT REAL MEXICAN FOOD, WE DON'T COOK LIKE THAT!!!!!

  • Right on! Gringos stay out of the Mexican kitchen!

  • Don't make Latino's look bad with your racist and obnoxious comments. Atleast these people are out there trying to master the art of Mexican food. No es chido to show your ignorance, when you aren't out there cooking.

  • only if the mexicans stay out of our borders !

  • Really? If every restaurant in Wash DC deported their kicthen workers, there would be no food available for all opf the senators & congressmen... I say that all people of european ancestory get out of America! It is them who stole land, migrated illegally and refused to adapt to the native language in North America... gringos a la chingada!

  • my granfather emigrated from western europe in the 1920s, europeans made modern america, stole land? only the strong survive! the union was strong and the indians were not so we forced them out! thats how it works! dont get me wrong i have lots of hispanic friends, but what pisses me off is illegal emigration!

  • Forcing Indians off of their land because they are weaker? That's how it works?

That would mean it's okay for North Korea to take over Vietnam, just because it is more powerful?! You will someday be older and wiser.

You should see the movie A Day Without A Mexican, and then you will understand that the USA will collapse if the Mexicans all leave. Are you ready to wash dishes, make tacos, do lawn mowing? ha! How do you know that your grandparents migrated legally, you can't be so sure.

  • i know because he was issued his papers as soon as he got off the cross atlantic ship, and back in the 1920s europeans were granted legal status when they came the the US!

i never said mexicans should all leave! the us needs them i agree, i mean that all immigrants who have commited felonies should be deported! i think all who have been here for 5 years or more should be able to stay, but get the rest out! the work force needs to be lean to reward employees! not saturated!

  • Well, back then it was basically landed-immigrant Europeans who were processing new immigrants, so I guess it's not a fair comparison to current issues. If you mean all immigrants who have committed felonies, you mean while here? Do you consider the illegal entry as a felony? Why the 5 year limit? If someone has been here for 4 years-8 months, isn't that okay too? There are millions of "illegals" who have taxes taken from paychecks but never get tax returns This means billions $ for the IRS...

  • I think it might open your mind to travel some outside of the USA and see how others live, understand why so many want to come to the USA. Did you know there are thousands of gringos working in Mexico illegally? Many of them entered as vacationing tourists and took work selling condos there. They fly out for a day each 6 months to renew their "tourist" visa. Mexico does not deport them, they understand the revenue gain in the bigger picture.

Condo sellers make big bucks there...

  • i lived in brazil for 9 years, know know how others live!

  • Tudo bem.

  • The people in Irak , Afghanistan , Cuba and many other Countries say the same thing about U.S.

    So Stay Calm....

  • WTF? Garlic in guac? Also red onions are MUCH better.

  • Favorited. Nice stuff, Guacamole doesn't get garlic though. The black skinned avocado are the best for guacamole. Hass are good.

As well you should of added shredded iceberg lettuce in the guacamole. and a touch of paprika to it.

  • Lettuce in your Guac? What you are smoking? Why don't you go make some videos of your own and show us your stuff instead of bagging on everyone else. Oh, I know why you can't make vids, because you suck!

    That's MYREVIEW!

  • You obviously know you're wrong since you're getting all pissed off about it. So shove that fucking garlic stankin quac up your ass you fucking donkey!

  • You know, guacamole is just fine with avocado, red onions, salt and lemon or lime juice. You dont need all that other stuff.

  • lol!!!!.....are you serious?....real guacamole isn't done that way....ASS...

  • You did a great job! Sounds delicious!

  • You can leave them out, or use shallots, scallions or even chives. Each will give it a different flavor, but still pretty good with that bite you want.

  • very good video!

i was wondering, is there something i can substitute the onions for?

my roommate can't stand onions, so i'm wondering what i can use, yet still give it the kick!

  • Substitute your roommate instead.

  • You should try my MacGuacGyver. I am Cook the Geek...you will respect my authorita.

  • You pretty much got it right with the exception of adding the cumin, coriander and chili powder. Leave those ingredients out and your guacamole should be PERFECT!!!

  • I don't need to impress my friends like you do. My friends are nice people.

  • Never seen it made with cumin before. Also if you don't want to use cilantro - do not substitute parsley - just leave it out. Doing a few peppers without gloves is fine - but a large batch will have your hands doing a slow burn for hours.

  • Add oregano to the tender catus salad and top with crumbling cheese.Tender cactus or nopales will keep you regular ;) and help lower your sugar levels if you have diabetes.Good on tacos and carne asada

  • No garlic in the pico is a sin no garlic in it, in the guacamole yes. She's no wimp she touched the jalapeño did not used a bag or used gloves,No cummin please, cilantro for the pico please not parsley. If you haven't tryed tender cactus, follow receipe for oico and buy can or gar of tender cactus, drained and put under running water untill the slimmy saliva clears and ad to the pico.

  • damn....u taken veronica i saw ur wed ring...i was thinkin 2 marry so cud,v every day yum food...[sigh]
