  • nothing wrong with looking great and nothing wrong with being gay.

  • @SickxJoshx..

I know rite...i think guy r hot when they wear scarves

  • Ooh, guys that wear scarves: hot, hot, HOT.

  • How does it make someone gay if they wear a scarf, maybe it's cold?

  • there's only one thing that makes you gay and that's whether or not you think having a man's penis in your butthole is a good time

  • Straight and gay, we're here to stay.

  • Pompous guy.

  • I wear a scarf cuz it's pretty cold in here.

  • Cody Simpson wears scarves... and hes not gay.. so STFU(:

  • the "slip knot" is called a "cow hitch." A "slip knot" is totally different

  • Who's the male model?

  • alright, i wear ties too people, dont get your panties in a waud and take it up the ass, theyre just trying to be....eh different, i dont judge

  • Really impressed by the medieval thoughts in the comments.

  • I wear too

    normal and footbaal scarf !

  • i don't wear scarfs unless it's cold and if i have to put a scarf on in ATL then I need to move somewhere warmer or go back to chicago.

  • I wear a scarf.. No homo

  • I'm straight as fuck and I think that guy is hot!

  • I'm gay and I wear a scarf. My straight friends wear scarves. Who the hell thinks wearing a scarf is indicative of being gay? If it's true, then 99% of the guys in this city are gay...

But I have another theory about the abusers on here: the theory is that there are some (I said some, NOT all) straight guys who are insanely jealous of the gay lifestyle. Gay guys are (generally) more stylish, richer, have better relationships with women and we get more sex. Jeez! Give me gay any day!

  • @alsavedvids Jeeeez-uh! Lol just kidding, keep doing your thing.

  • wearing warm accessories means you like to take it up the ass?

wow some peoples logic makes no sense XD

  • What's all this pre-occupation with "being gay"? Do people worry that certain clothes might make them appear "straight"? I should think that would be more of a concern considering the less-than favorable reputation of heterosexuality. And if clothes did dictate sexual nature - who would really care and why?

  • @beastinglt and @tobythesandwich. I have to agree scarves are simply another way to enhance a male's winter outwear appearance of sophisication and high class and fashion maturity. HOWEVER what does make a guy gay is the color he chooses. As suggested in the video it is wise for fellas to stick to solid, striped, dark colors. Anything bright will definately raise eyebrows and questions...

  • @dsmitty882010 Teehe. You are welcome to raise your eyebrows as high as you are able, and ask as many questions as you want. Neither action will stop me from wearing bright scarves, or caring if if bothers anyone.

  • These videos are so helpful.

  • I think guy wearing scarf make them look high-class and handsome. I suggest guy to wear this during winter.

  • being gay has nothing to do with you wearing a scarf, I live in belgium and here almost all boys wear a scarf when it's cold

  • Nice :)

  • GAY

  • Nice information. thank YOU.

  • How is this gay? Since when is looking good = gay?

  • @Kazikox perhaps they are referring to the fact he's obviously wearing makeup?

  • @Kazikox sadly it's been like that ever since society has let guys looking sloppy get away with it....men were so much more fashionable last century...now most are slobs who see anyone that looks/dresses better than them as a threat and attack by calling that person gay. grow some balls guys and learn how to dress properly

  • @wainblatrobert You're absolutely right!

  • @Jetbrowse köszi :)

  • i am from california but i currently live in germany and there is many guys that wear scarfs i started digging them a few weeks ago very stylish ...

usa peeps with no style think its gay

  • wow. I am 100% man and love women and I love ascots, scarves, manually ties bowties....no of that shit is gay. Only in the U.S. is where people think like that.

  • give it a break phobes! I'm gay and i don't even wear a scarf!! although if the model came in the box with the scarf ...

  • was a video necessary????

  • @fipimusic i guess so

  • i love a hot fashionable well dressed man- shows he's got money and self respect. i love my euro boys and have not yet met a gay one. this american girl loves ya- keep it up!

  • wow. really? correct ways 2 tie scarfs?

  • Don't tell football supporters or ultras in Europe they look gay with their scarf, or else your face might get busted up.

  • I HAD NO FUCKIN CLUE lol.

  • I tie my scarf the way you tie a tie:D best way

  • watch the oso g shock review for a really good video

  • If im gay for liking scarves and warmth, then I guess that makes me the first and only gay guy that is only attracted to women...

    -_-

  • @LotusDragon09

i know i like scarves people think if you like wearing fited and really good lookng clothes your gay

    fitted is the best

  • Looks a lot better than wearing clothes 5 times your size, thats for sure. Feels better to. Especially a very soft and warm sweater. mmmm

  • Same here. I also like wearing good looking clothes. I fail to see how any of that is gay.

  • Probably because the stereotypical gay male is stylish and wears matching clothes that not only fit well, but go well with their body type. Those people who believe the stereotype just need to experience more than their little closed in box.

  • @tobythesandwich the guy's outfit looks very very gay/metro. nothing wrong with scarves though.

  • @tobythesandwich Amen to that dude! I'm sick of people calling me a metro, just because I actually know how to dress my self

  • @LotusDragon09 I like this one Dragon......I feel the same way.

  • The same guys calling scarves gay, are the same guys who think baggy pants, skateboarding shoes, and a hoody is stylish.

  • good video, i especially like the scarf you used for the second demonstration. one question, how does wearing a fringed scarf look feminine?

  • im straight as fuck and i wear a scarf.

wearing scarves doesnt make you homo.

  • @BeastingIt yeah brah it does.

  • @BeastingIt because men dont need scarfs...or jackets for that matter. men aren't cold. roar!

  • @BeastingIt I don't get how people equate wearing a kind of clothing with being gay. Being gay involves having a (predominant) sexual attraction to persons of the same gender. That's it. Gay doesn't equal "bad", "stupid" or any of the other weirdness I have seen in the states. And certainly no kind of clothing even goes into the equation.

  • lol.."gay"? Is this a statement about yourself, "wuuht?" Well, that's cool that you're open about your sexuality...kudos. Nice name, by the way; does your screen name pretty much describe the perpetual "I don't get it" expression that's probably on your face? And stupid men don't wear scarves when it's freezing outside. Men who are secure in their sexuality don't bother to make malicious "gay" comments...unless of course, your knuckles drag when your in an upright position. lol

  • lol fringe or bright colors make the scarf look feminine? haha Uhh...ok...sure. Not.

  • also if you're going to comment and say this is gay.. or feminine.. uhh.. what is your opinion on tight jeans? that EVERYONE seems to be wearing? mhm I thought they looked pretty feminine on guys.. but well.. ALOT of STRAIGHT individuals are wearing it now.. so um... before you make an ignorant comment you should really just think about it.

  • why the fuck are people saying this is gay its just a how to video the rorschach tie is the first one right?

  • I dont know what you all were actually expecting to find? when you click on a video... about how to tie a scarf for guys... if you only have a negative comment to make.. why waste like.. 2 minutes of your life? Nothing better to do? Probably.. but anyway I'm pretty sure anyone can wear a scarf... male, female... babies... etc... so um... when did it become a battle for your sexuality? that wearing a scarf is gay? does that even make any sense? lol, it's obviously a style.. wow.. people...

  • hahahahaha you crack me UP with your old school mentality

  • come to north dakota! Enjoy the -13 degree weather! Have fun with no scarf, dumbass.

  • *UHUUUMM* gay

  • ummm hater just cuz yo poor ass cant afford a scarf

dont criticize this man for teaching us how to tie it

  • thnkss helpful 5 stars

  • "Anything brighter or fringed will look feminine."

    Is that so?

A bit too late for that...

  • thanks i always wanted to know how to do slipknot and this video made it easy.

  • I have yet another great method demonstrated on my channel (YouTube won't let me post the link :P )

  • This was the perfect video to watch to know how to put on and tie a scarf, at least for me. This was very informative since it let the male viewer know when to use each knot and which colors and designs styles to use so as to not look "too feminine" and/or too bunchy/bulky on the male.

  • The neck brace looks good ONLY with trench coats.

  • haha, nevermind :]

  • lol 1:15 looks like his head is floating

  • hey, I was wondering: how do you get that 1:15 thing as a link in your comment, instead of just saying the numbers?

I've been wondering for a while, but just now decided to ask.

  • "Don't wear anything brighter: it'll look feminine."

Bit too late for that piece of advice.

  • i like the slip knot. thanks !

  • Just watch the Korean TV drama Winter Sonata and you can find all sorts of creative scarf tying ideas. : )

  • haha. that drama was hella sad. i cried my eyes out.

  • the third one looks like a neckbrace

    uhm. ew?

  • I'm sorry i tried all three of these looks and they all look very feminine I'm just gonna stick to throwing it over my jacket resting on the shoulders it makes it more of an accessory and doesn't keep me warm but at least people won't confuse me for a butch lesbian

  • This is supposed to be brought to you by your mother or done by your gf

  • lol, wow....idk why i watched this...but the wrap-around thing looks pretty desperate for creativity ^^

  • he looks exasperated just doing it.

  • whoever watches this should check out "mad tips" by these guys- its kind of a joke parody of style shows

    --although this one wasnt obvious.....--

  • Step 2: Climb a ladder, Tie the other end of the scarf to a tree branch, and jump off the ladder or kick it over while standing on it.

  • Wait a second...this is actually serious?

I'd like to address the last line of the video, referring to the "wrap around" scarf.

"Only dark, solid colors as anything bright or fringed will make you look feminine."

So, they're saying that wearing a scarf anytime other then when it's nothing short of so fucking cold you stick a popsicle down your pants to warm up ISN'T feminine?

  • how the #### did I end up watching this?

    Lamb of Jaysis

  • ok nobody is gonna force you to wear one...

  • the wrap around looks kinda wierd to me

  • XD "Anything brighter will look feminine" Wow...I think they've already crossed over that line.

  • the wrap around looks retarded haha

  • 徘徊在牛A和牛C之间

    OR between SA and SC

    ?

  • how bout, no I use my scarf when it's cold how ever I like.

  • WTF ?!!

  • I still don't get it... O_O

  • me neither :D

  • Isn't Details a women's magazine? o.O

  • ahahhahahahaahha

    FAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • why on earth did i waste my time watching this... i'm not gay.

  • uhh he's a hottie... the video is really informational too for guys..

  • maybe you don't, but there are many guys out there that do. I see guys wearing scarves everyday at school..it's very fashionalble.

  • Haha if u have that opionion, i just can't see why u would actively choose to watch a video called "how to tie a scarf"

  • so, it's "gay" to stay warm?

    Have fun with your frostbite/pneumonia.

  • No one said anything about gay. It is just not masculine to hide from the elements unless they are severe. It is okay to go out in the cold and complain about how cold it is, as long as you stay outside, but it is just not okay to wear a scarf when its not freezing cold outside. Anyone can be masculine, but they cannot do so while wearing a fashion scarf unless that is the only thing they are wearing.

  • great video!

    very insightful + helpful

& the male model is gorgeous!

    [x]

  • wats wrong with looking feminine? I enjoy feminine stuff

  • the last one looks ridiculous, looks like youve broken your neck and wearing a neck brace

  • oh jeez hes hot

  • the last one is ugly

  • really worth watching

  • love the model.

  • the third one is weird.

  • this is so easy

  • this is great!

  • cool

  • cool video..thanks for the info n demo

  • im tryin to tie a handkerchief on my arm but i cant... any1 knows how to do it?

  • Yeah, I liked it. I always wondered how people made their scarfs look good, and I just threw it around my neck a few times.

  • thanks! this helped me a lot!
