watching yawyan fighters in video is very helpful for someone like me kc i already started 8 sessions under hybrid yawyan kaya lang napapunta ako d2 singpore kya bitin training, what i only have are basics that i repeatedly practice. wala akong gym na mapagpractice-an d2 kaya pinagtitiyagaan ko na lang mga poste na tinitira ko na lang ng mahina muna pero iba pa rin ang yaw yan bag. mga sir baka matulungan niniyo ako kc kung kaya ko ako na lang gagawa ng bag kaso di ko alam pattern niyan...

i'm more into muay thai myself, but i'm training yaw yan when i go to the phillipines.. the more you know the better is how i see it. I even have a kickboxing background as well, and my kickboxing background accelerated my progress in muay thai when i switched over.

@SalazarSSA86to94 - Actually it's only in the Phil, "BUT" grappling is practically used only in sports.. What's used in real fights and combat is striking. Except only Rare naked choke and Guillotine choke..

i am relatively new sa yawyan, and yes may clinching ang yawyan...i dunno kung ilang techniques...But I do know maraming kicks sa yawyan(around 40)...i miss practicing sa Musang Gym! I wish there was a yawyan Gym in DGT...

It's not at all MuayThai...if you know MuayThai you can easily tell that this is not MuayThai but an entirely different style. You confuse yourself with the uniforms...Yaw-Yan is certainly worth a try.
