If there are so many black educated people not getting jobs, then why don't they start there own companies and employ black people. Why does the government have to legislate for this. whites are discriminated in respect to jobs, they cant leave their neighborhoods, they are disproportionally targeted by crime, and they are glowingly disillusioned with the South Africa , and possibly that's the reasons why 2 million already left it for Europe.

blacks are not as smart as whites or any other race, it is what it is, but that is not really the problem, they are more violent, less focused, etc etc etc. Now of course not all blacks are there are always smart and dumb people of every group, but when you let the odds play out they have a funny way of showing blacks continually lag behind substantially in many capacities, too bad you cant all be paid for running thats one thing you do tend to do better.
