I must be watching the wrong video. In your previous video.you state that you were gonna start the gravy but instead you prepare braciole even though the tital says Sunday gravy. Then I go into your channel and you have no way to look at your favorites so where is part 3 where you make the gravy? I see no part 3 at all. hats up?
Nice work, we liked your video very much so we embedded it on ChefCommons . com w/ link back and reference to Youtube. (Let us know if you don't wish for it to be featured)
The words change slightly for different dialects of Italian.
Thank you for bringing back sweet memories of my father and Grandmother, wonderful Italian cooks who made food to die for every ordinary day. Vita Bella!
I believe, as they taught me, that good home cooking is one pillar of family happiness. If you happen to be Italian, even more so! Buon Appetito!
Looks good! Ha! I did not know pine nuts came from pine cones! You learn something new every day!

He makes the meatballs out of beef because of fear of someone not eating pork, but makes the gravy from a pork base...

Why spell it "bragiol?" I believe the word is bracciole which means little arm, the shape of an arm.
