A wonderful explanation of the amazing human body. NUCCA is not practiced in New Zealand but I am a big fan of Specific Upper Cervical (predominantly Toggle Recoil)

It may help and it might not. Try it for a few months and see. Another choice might be acupuncture, which has a fairly good track record with MS cases.
