this isnt really good progress you need to do stuff like training not just going and doing but do something like pushups and run like crazy everyday ive only been doing this for a week work harder
also he said he didn't jump as hard because he got scared the closer he got to the edge. i have been parkouring for around 8-9 months he has for 6-7 months. its always hard at first though. i think my jump on leap of faith was pretty good i want to break my limit and go for something around 12 to 15 feet.(after preparing of course) stay safe and train hard!
I hope I don't seem like I'm talking down to you, because I used to be very stubborn and unwilling to take anyone's advice, but I'm only saying this because I don't you guys to not make my mistakes. This video reminds me of one I made a while back because I made it in the same format, as if it was a parkour move list. I don't think of parkour as a set of moves anymore, just movement in general. Parkour changes as much as the environment does, which is why parkour for me is a life-long journey.
I don't think of it as vaults and a move list i had to name a list of moves for my english class or i would not get any credit, i can do all sorts of flips on the tramp but not on ground yet. also i am better then my buddy trace at rolling on impact and expecting a hard landing on the part that says leap of faith i hit and did a perfect roll in my and friends opinions but trace said he just collapsed under the force because he didn't think that the impact would be that hard. thanks for the input
There are no "how to flip off buildings" tutorials, because there is no need for them. If you are just learning flips on trampoline, and haven't done them on grass yet, you're no where near ready to do it off the side of a house. I suggest taking a tumbling class where you can learn the proper techniques for doing flips, or have someone who is experienced and can spot you before trying anything on grass. Keep on practicing outside and know your physical and mental limits.
Anyone got any tutorials on how to flip off buildings? we havent learned any flips on grass yet but we can do backflips and frontflips on the trampoline and land them any ideas? i can also gainer.
