once i was in one of the power substations looking for components for the railway rifle, when i turn around and see a fucking deathclaw that followed me in! keep in mind this power station is very small and the door is like half the size of the death claw. i made short work of it with the alien blaster but it scared the fucking shit out of me.

With the kid, you can also send him to Little Lamplight(if you've found the location at that time)or if you've been to Paradise Falls, hit him with the Mesmetron and send him to be a slave.
