I hurt my knee doing squats because I went down too low... lesson learned. I just hope that it can heal up in the next three weeks so I can get back to the gym when I go back to college to get my chemistry done this summer!
You can handle more weight with a wider base, ergo you become stronger. With narrow feet your body is more aligned with natural running and jumping posistions. You should actually very your stance. CK.

How important is your feet placement? How does keeping your feet foward help you run faster. And your feet slightly out help you gain more strength

Every Monday!
Both TSC programs (Heart of a Champion & ON A MISSION) have Leg Days on Monday with Squats, Lunges and RDL's
Legs should always be prioritized first during your training week. That's why we do them on Monday.
Best,
CK.
