ok i finaly figured out the timeline, it goes:

Orc(child timeline ending)-majoras mask-twilight princes

basicaly this is a couple of centuries after majoras mask. This person is like a great descendant of the orc child, or him re-encarnated. the reeason zelda is still around is cause(watch all the walks) of a prob. in the past so now all princesses are zelda. no idea why still epona

The creators obviously didnt care much about timeline, they where too busy making this game fucking awesome.

Maybe one day there may somehow be two living simultaneously? You know, it's in a way what Buddhists believe, about being reborn or something, except I'm not sure if the previous Link has to die before the next shows up. It was made by Japanese, and many Japanese are buddhists, that's probably where it came from.

In Ocarina of Time, he was a kid who could switch off and on into an adult and saved Hyrule. In Majora's Mask, he was a kid again and was trying to find Navi's annoying ass. In THIS ONE he's like 20 or some shit and he gets turned into a wolf? (idk I haven't watched the entire thing yet) xD

Every Link in each game is a different Link in a different time period, they are not the same person. This Link is the result of a split timeline that occurred in Ocarina of Time. One timeline had young link and young Zelda stopping Ganondorf before he took over Hyrule, and the other occured after Link defeated Ganon in the future and he was sent to the Sacred Realm. This is the timeline Wind Waker occurs in. Nintendo has basically confirmed this. Make sense?

Split timelines are physically and logically impossible. Nintendo would have been better off just saying "a wizard did it." At least that's something that could potentially happen in a fantasy setting, but if you split a timeline in two, one half of it ceases to exist, and the other half never existed.

@Frannkybob Every link in each game is a different Link in a different time period (same with Zelda), except for direct sequel games. There is more or less a timeline Nintendo has showing what time/dimension each game occurs in.

Kirby's epic yarn for instance, it won a best graphics award, beating out contenders like Killsone 3, Crysis 2 and Gears of war 3. Not bad for a system that apparently is inferior to it's competitors. And I have to mention Red steel 2, just a great looking game that could easily go for an xbox360 title, along with (in my opinion) a few other games.

@mcolln there is no official timeline but ocarina is considered first with a split of the storyline where young link ends up with the twilight princess story and old link with the wind waker story. its really confusing.

I've seen alot of timeline theories so the fact that Skyward Sword is a prequel to Ocarina of Time (which we all know is the first game chronologically) makes it VERY exciting to find out how it all started and where Ocarina of Time began. @lilshit0011 It took me a few tries when i first played this game. You need to be quick, but if you look around, you'll see boxes. Push one to the side of the bridge, get on it, then jump off it & you'll land in Lake Hylia (apologies if spelt wrong) & you'll be able to continue with the game. Hope that helps :)
