The best steak marinade EVER is a large cake pan with a bed of coarse sea salt. Then add Worcestershire Sauce, liquid smoke and some chopped chalets. Submerge the steaks and let them rest on the bed of salt. Flip in a couple hours. After four or five hours remove and drain off excess. Toss them on a hot grill and cook to preference. The marinade doesn't overpower the taste of the beef, just enhances it. Everyone I know loves it. Me too!
