Always thought Cap's line at the end was good: "He doesn't have a train no more and he has no watch. He has nothing but these old tracks and the night." Sad, even if Lawson was a bastard for trying to foist his curse off on a kid.

I don't feel sorry for him there, but it is like he said, one mistake and he pays for it forever, you've got to admit, if you had the chance, you'd switch places with someone too.. But the fact I was getting at is before he at least had his train, now he doesn't even have that, he is all alone and will walk the tracks alone forever, nevver gonna be at rest.

@ochoastl Well it was like a curse for him to be stuck on that train forever until someone switched the tracks like he never done... Its his curse to be stuck there. He'll wander those tracks forever unless maybe taking up the tracks frees him to move on, if it doesn't then he'll always be alone.

I work on a train and I can personally attest that train magic is all bollocks! We even run a 110-year-old steam engine, and all it does is occasionally blow up. Not even kidding.

Ghost Trains are my favorite study, I am a train man in training, currently learning how to fire a steam locomotive, I like seeing this lil CN 2-6-0 Mogul, sadly its being pushed by a diesle, oh well still a good story, I know a ghost story involving a train
