I have an LG Dare for over yr and it is very nice operates really good.... smooth none breaking apart flipping,sliding crap... everything operates on the touch great response, great screen size... LG DARE is really good, I LIKE IT... VZ N should consider putting on the market...this phone is simply WONDERFUL many features user friendly ask anyone who owns one...

I own the dare but cannot figure out how to edit a misspelled word in a sentance. I do not want to clear everything by hitting backspace. I do know that you can click the misspelled word with your finger. However, are there arrows or a trick to back space without deleting? In other words, arrows that move a cursor. Just like on a computer keyboard?

i just got verizon after being a cigular user...and i had like really good coverage with cingular, but now with verizon...i dont think ive gone anywhere yet that doesnt have service...its fucking amazing... plus they just bought out altel's shit so now theres even more towers...and i have the dare...and its fuckin sick...besides accidentally hitting a diff button...thats gonna happen on any touch screen

Definitely dare..i played with both of them at the store..the glyde has a cramped touch screen and you have to actually press hard on it. the dare was so cool. it felt nice except i couldn't really hold it in my hand b/c of the security locks. SO GET THE DARE

I bought the Dare and i text alot. The qwerty is hard to text fast 1 beacause you hit the wrong buttons and 2 it is sluggish when typing fast so sometimes it skips letters to catch up with you Im getting the Glyde or Voyager but they came out with an update like 3 wks ago so it should have a better touch screen

your first review convinced me to buy the phone. and now that i have it, right when i got the phone i thought that it was hard to text. but i think that is because before the dare i had and env2 so i was used to sliding my thumbs sloppily all over the keyboard which you obviously cant do on the dare. but i am trying to train my thumbs to be pricise and not touch the screen unless i am selecting a key. so i think i will get used to it soon enough. anyways, you made some great reviews.thanks
