Should they remake this? I don't think so. The 80's cheese and the rock opera of Queen is awesome...totally. Plus Max Von Syndow was the perfect Ming. So there is no reason to when you can just watch it on DVD. However if they were to do a spoof-remake ...Maybee Jack Black as a Vultan and Will Ferrel as Ming...Ha ha ha...That could be hilarious. Oh and Robert Downey as either Zarkoff or the Baron.

I don't think they really needed to have Flash getting executed, only to be brought back to life. It's abit much for kids. I think they should've just made Aura help him escape from prison.

Since they're doing remakes of every other decent series or movie, I say make another Flash, but don't try to make a serious movie. Stay true to the campiness of the original. Let John Waters direct it.

This movie is special. Even in the 21st century, watching the ensuing sky battle between the Hawkmen and Ming's imperial troopers is one of the greatest action scenes ever made. Those laser cannons are ultra fresh.
