Reduce fuel standards? Some of these canidates were involved in the destruction of the electric car. Our oil dependancy could have been ELIMINATED if they just let the electric car continue production. Not only that, nowadays the technology is advanced enough, there is no need for research for other resources. Some of them are dangerous some of them are just impractical.
