it looks like one of the scary zombie creatures out of the film "I am legend" starring Will Smith but what something like that would be doin out in the woods in Spain like that is beyond me. It had no clothes on and definitely did not look human apart from the body shape but the eyes were evil. Its probably a hoax of some sort but how its done I do not know. Prob camera trickery as opposed to a man in a mask or suit. The way it moved was also un-human like to.

It looks like someone taking a dump out in the woods. If you stop the video on 0:56 you can see it is someone with a crewcut and glasses on. Maybe there was some illegal activity going on there and whoever did this video surprised him.
