I have heard that IPL doesn't cure the red face. I have red cheeks, they are red all the time. I could do anything to get normal color cheeks, am so tired of being red all the time, but when am doing sports, dances or other activity they get really red. I can even feel when they get really red and when they just a little bit. Why so many people complain about IPL ? If it really helps i will do it for sure, but what causes side effect of IPL? Many people claim that redness become worse after IPL

I got sun burnt really badly when I was a teen and ended up with crazy freckles all over my shoulders and back. Was devastating because it happened all at once. They are far more pronounced than this womans here and theres hundreds maybe thousands concentrated all over my shoulders... I'm convinced that IPL can remove freckles (lentigines?), but how many is too many? The dermatologist I'm going to see is VERY expensive, so it'll take a bit before I can afford her. Thanks for any info!

I would guess not, and I'm almost positive no one would do it because it's too close to the eyes.
