An interesting subject and impacting presentation. However, I think the message is not so clear... I understood it is key to hire talented people (something related to the person and the family environement) ... what it is not so clear to me, and I guess to the audience after listening to the questions raised, is the role of education other than the one received when a child; examples of prime ministers or top executives education background is a bit confussing.
