They flew it NY to DC so it would be mistaken for FL11 still in the air.Then if Langley jets had gotten 'proper' orders they would have been to intercept this plane (ghost FL11) which would appear to heading back to NY from DC,the fighters would then be taken Northeast AWAY from DC in pursuit allowing flight 77 to strike the Pentagon from the Southwest.It'd be spun as incompetence.Intercepting our own plane!And 'proof' the Government couldn't pull off something like 911.That's the story.
