yeah i recognized that the stutters come from sound cause when i play alone and i shoot its stutter 4 a moment.........but i need sound :D

Join a match, press the button left of the number 1 key, the number 1 key with the ! on it, it will bring up a TAB. In that TAB type \snd_restart this will help the stutter.

I have had no stutter by typing this, just remember to do it once you have jioned a game, and after every round in multiplayer.

Have a good game.

Oh and you can use sound with this method.

Turn the sound OFF, you can have all the settings HIGH if the sound is off. I pulled my speakers out of my computer, and forgot to put them back in. Then I set all my graphics to HIGH and guess what? NO STUTTER! WTF!?

It's like they don't want you to win. Either Low settings with sound, or high without sound.

I think it is a bug in the sound. I Have a OK computer, and with the sound OFF I can play smoothly and on high settings.

@BunWackettBuzzard yeah, i disabled my speakers, and i dont get any stutter at all... i have like 40-50 fps, with the speakers i could even drop to 10, and it had freeze issues, i hope they will fix this, because i don't want to play with the sound off al the time, just not the right feeling! can't hear footsteps, don't know when are choppers coming n shit

Hey this helped me a lot.

press the left of button 1, and it will bring up a TAB, then in that tab type \snd_restart

This will get rid of the stutter to make the game playable with sound.

I have had a some good games with this method.

But when you type \snd_restart you must do it every round.

I know it is a bitch to do that but it is the only way until the new patch.

I am more of a multiplayer type of person. But try it anyway. =)

@BunWackettBuzzard i just disabled my speakers trough control panel, sounds disabled them completely from PC (not just lower the volume) just unplug them, and it's heaven! 80 fps no stutter but with no sounds, with the speakers enabled i got 20 fps with stuttering all over the place!

@BunWackettBuzzard yeah, disabling speakers is a good thing for like a week, but then it's just being stupid, because playing without sound, expeccialy i multiplayer when it sometimes has a big deal with k/d ratio, it sucks man, im not planning on playing this for a year with no sounds in it... fuck that, i am just hoping they know about this problem, but i was litlle worried when i saw the list of the next thing their gonna patch, i didn't saw sound or stutter problem, that kinda worries me!
