  • Hello, whats the best lotion or oil can we use that we can pick up in our local stores?

  • Hello Boris,

thank you for another great video. Whenever I see new techniques, I want to try them on someone immediately. Luckily I have friends who enjoy my treatments.

However my best friend has problems with her right hip since she gave birth to her second child. It's in the very upper part of the leg, right under the hip-bones. It's there something I can do to relief her pain?

    Best Regards, Jasmin

  • I love the technique!

  • Dear mgaft1,

I love your videos. You seem to do great work, but I do have a question. I have flat feet that sometimes cause pain, is there anything I can do to help or relieve some of my problems?

  • Dear Barner23 I'm really sorry for delay with my reply to you. Do not know how it happened but only today have discovered your comment/ question. No doubt that massage helping significant to manage

flat feet side effects that mostly resulting in tension accumulation within plantar fascia as well muscles.Massage very effective for this conditions. Also shoes insertions providing shock absorption as well some of them can positively change feet position under weight burning.

    Best wishes.

  • With all this massaging, explaining, and teaching, who gives YOU massages? I'm sure you get very tense with the extensive work you do.

  • Dear ichbingott4510,

Boris has many students who are capable of giving him massage. However, as you pointed out, he is a very busy man, and has no time to receive massages. Thats why Boris uses advanced method of self-massage to manage stress, fatigue and tension headaches. In about a month Boris will release a new set of DVDs that will summarize his experience in self-maintenance of sports related injuries, stress and tension headache management, carpal tunnel, etc.

    Regards,

    Michael

  • Boris, just noticed you don't use a bolster under the knees. Any specific reason? I watch at least one of your youtube videos daily. I always find techniques to incorporate while treating clients.

    Many Thanks,

    Jim

  • Dear tat2jim.

Thanks for comment.you arewelcome to visit my website where you'll find my articles that may be of your interest. I believe that very important to place folded towel under knee when providing orthopedic massage. this is important to do in order to prevent painful extension due to pressure we provide and also for purpose of knee stabilization.however at the time of full body stress management massage bolsters can disturbe venus blood drainage from lower leg.

    Best wishes.

  • Is there any type of technique that can help treat Bell's Palsy?

  • Dear pvegeta

Like in many treatments of neuralgias, massage therapy could be very beneficial in treatment of Bell's palsy(Facial nerve neuralgia). For the best results, we should combine vibration techniques, special exercise- face expression and classical massage techniques.Best.

    Boris

  • can you explain what a vibration technique is?

  • Dear pvegeta.

Please view TMJ clip where I am incorporating vibration techniques. It is difficult to describe direct vibration techniques application, but as you'll see at " Medical massage for TMJ disorder" I place finger on massaged area and create vibration. In case of "Bell's Palsy" longer time(2-3 minutes) vibration are recommended. Best

  • I just wonder, if there is any possibility to asslep when you are having a massage? Because these videos are very relaxing and I am afraid of assleping while someone would gave me a nice massage :s

  • Dear Aggressor111.

I am very happy that viewing my clips made you feel relaxed. You are not the first one who is reporting deep relaxation due to viewing hands-on demonstration. It is very healthy. At the time of physically receiving massage many people are falling asleep, which is good and normal reaction on treatment.

    Best regards.

    Boris
