I am so glad for this advertisement, it directed me to this recipe, which is his "easy version." The original one takes a lot more ingredients, time and effort. If the easy version was so succulent, I can't even imagine how the original version tastes like. I am sure is a total feast of the senses.

It's a Waitrose advertisement, not a clip from a cooking show. Just google the recipe.

Uhh yes.. it is an advertisement for waitrose. Look at the bottom of the screen where it says "This is an advertisement"

I tried this recipe today. I had to substitute the "piquillo peppers" for another sweet red pepper since we don't have Waitrose in Canada, but it was a TOTAL SUCCESS!!!
