  • Very informative. And a man with a sense of humour...I like the combination. Though one question. I do enjoy the occasional glass of red wine. Would it still affect my routine? And I do enjoy the occasional cigarette...though I have seen men with a great physique who tell me they are daily smokers. What's the truth? Thanks Rehan for sharing, much appreciated!

  • @ohmascular I think even a small amount of alcohol can have a detrimental effect on fitness. Nicotine is actually a fat burner but its of course addictive and smoking is obviously terrible for you!

  • @rayflexx Thanks for your reply. Much appreciated! Actually I don't drink alcohol at all at the moment...but cigarettes are a vice I kinda enjoy. Lets hope I am able to stop this terrible habit...soon.
