@ohmascular I think even a small amount of alcohol can have a detrimental effect on fitness. Nicotine is actually a fat burner but its of course addictive and smoking is obviously terrible for you!
@rayflexx Thanks for your reply. Much appreciated! Actually I don't drink alcohol at all at the moment...but cigarettes are a vice I kinda enjoy. Lets hope I am able to stop this terrible habit...soon.
