I got the job I spoke of earlier(see my previous comment). I operate integrex 200-iii and integrex 100 machines. They are a great machine to work with and hold tight tolerences incredibly well

Been machining for 15 years without any doubt this is the best machine ive ever worked on although in this video its doesn't show the full potential of this machine they decided to show simultanious machining which to be honest is not really that beneficial what is and they should have shown is 2 work piece mode a monster of a time saver basically using both spindles at the same time with the milling/turning head machining on one spindle and the lower turning turett machining on the other

@Rogue7892 True... but in the old days of just manual machines, or even simple CNC's (we have dedicated people for lathe and mills and cncs, because they're just better using one type... so first it'd go to the lathe worker, then the milling worker, the lathe part would take a few hours maybe, but milling something like that would take possibly a few days, getting everything right... I'd like to know how long this thing took to both program and machine... I'd love to have jobs like this...

@chaghar There are no jobs these days because people don't apply themselves, there are so many people out there that put more time and effort into being able to collect unemployment than seriously looking for a job. This field is nearly a gold mine, the problem is there are not enough people qualified to do this kind of work without their skulls blowing up thinking they deserve a million dollar salary, or shops that actually know what they're doing and PROPERLY re-investing.

Ok for learning more about Mazaks, I recommend you contact Mazak USA - based on the type of machine you have etc. they can assist you with documentation, trai0ning etc. mazakusa dot com (learning) and mazakusa dot com (optimumplus - If you don't have a Mazak but perhaps are just interested in learning more, I still recommend contacting Mazak USA so they can make sure you get the information you need. I hope this helps! What I do not recommend is writing macros on your own

Mazak will only train you on there machines if your company has one you can not buy training from them independently seems strange but thats there policy but the machines are very easy to learn if your good on gcode machines then this machine you could pick up in a few days no problem
