  • This is the kind of comment made by people who have never used the product. People who have actually use the product rave about it. It is unique. The zeolite rock in and of itself purifies both water and air. The main beneficial bacteria in EcoBio-Block is a particularly potent food grade bacteria which lives and multiplies in the block and then disperses into the water about every 30 minutes. This keeps the levels of bacteria which break down organic waste continually high for about 2 years.

  • I doubt adding a rock will make your tank clean for years. They make it sound like this ROCK is going to make your tank perfect.

  • EcoBio-Block is infused with bacillus subtilis natto bacteria and nutrients. This patented system allows the bacteria to propagate in EcoBio-Block's natural zeolite rock and disperse regularly into the water approximately every 30 minutes This absolutely unique system keeps levels of bacteria high which in turn keeps water clear, clean and healthy. Zeolite is used as an air, water and ground purifier. This powerful combination is what makes EcoBio-Block so provably effective.

  • This probable one of the most useless products you could buy. The idea is that it will house beneficial bacteria that braks down nitrates and such. But you do not need to invest your money on something so pointless. The bacteria will grow on any rock. And substrate. This is just a rock and will do the same as a rock would do if you put one in your tank.

  • @RichardV2012 I agree with you their, that flamin music does my absolute head in :D

  • @RichardV2012 I agree completely. Driftwood, rocks, live plants, plastic decor and the filter media do the same as this product. I don't see any respectable owners endorsing this product, and don't plan on using it in my tanks.

@xVenomMaster I have a 10 gallon betta tank uploaded on my channel if you want some ideas.

  • can u make a video on how to set up and decorate a 10 gallon betta fish tank? thanx!

  • Hi,

That's a great idea, but unfortunately, we don't have the facilities or the resources to do that. We will keep it in mind though. If we can get someone else to do it, that would be great! Is there anyone out there who would want to volunteer to make a video on this? Thanks.

  • @xVenomMaster It's so simple. xD There are lots of 10 gallon betta tank videos out there, though.

  • i luv the music whaats the name

  • I'm glad you like the music, but we don't know. The person who made the video just picked it up from a music library.

  • @TheBabybabyblueeyes Bach maybe? Definitely baroque.

  • @TheBabybabyblueeyes its me playing my violin lol

  • wat fish did they use to start the cycle

  • They are longear sunfish and spotted sunfish. both are us native fish.

  • I like the music it was fine:)

  • Don't worry about it, the music is fine :)

  • Sorry it upsets you. It was our first attempt at a video and the person who produced it chose the music. We will look for something more soothing and edit it.

    Thanks for your feedback.

  • AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

Geez would you give it a rest with the music?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Its so freakin ANNOYING!!!

  • anyone else stop watching this video because of the music

  • Holy crap!! Enough with the music! Aquariums are supposed to soothe you! Not drive you insane!!

  • Morelike start your aquarium the slow and hard way !

  • Very useful video, but the music is annoyingly loud, and gets boring after a while.

  • That's normally true, but we needed to keep the aquarium out of the sun and this was the only available spot. Also, this particular door is always left opened (unless we are trying to keep the dog away from guests!)

  • u dont want to put ur tank by a door wat if some one slames it, its gunna startle the fish

  • Another tip ,if you allready have an auarium set up..is to clean out the filter from the established one and pour the dirty residue into the new one. then the new filter will capture the beneficial bacteria and then the water will be safe for adding fish amost immediately :-)

  • @dolfinish awesome tip
