@TofuCakeCan Idk if this has been touched on. but that small scene where he doesnt have calipers, they used it to smoke the tires like that, so they could slam on the rear brakes with just the push brakes and the fronts would still spin. thats why its so short, then when they actually race, the calipers are probably back on for filming anything over 4 mph. just a thought. I know they do the opposite with rwd drag cars and some show cars.

Think it does is you look really closely at the left of the spoke with the air valve. Follow all the grooves in the disc round and then you can see with missing one in that section and you can just make out one of the caliper nuts as well. Same colour as the disc though. Have a nice day.

@thaboss32 very true... in the past people were scared of introducing forced induction to the engine due to the high compression of the engine... but since then it has been proven to produce some VERY good numbers while still being a very reliable engine!! think it was CFT (central FL turbo) that have done some great maps obtaining almost 1000hp from the thing :D

At the beginning you can see 4 lugs on the VW that most likely means its the 2.0 8v, ABA with a turbo of some kind. Im pretty sure the 5 lug mk3's were the VR6 equipped models.
