this is the Kchibo KK979..made in China. I got one about 2 yrs ago for SGD20.00. but just a month use and its spolit.

I just bought one of these from Superdrug for 1.99. It will only do the 31Mhz thing intermittently, but generally prefers to give me around 25 Mhz.

I'll be trying this with mine aswell. It must be modifiable aswell, being able to resolve SSB with it would be great for example!
