that's ghetto to go to a store and use the display phone to do a hands on. that's like me going to the book store, reading a book, but not buying it. LOL
ok has anyone else bought this phone? I did and i found a major turn off. the music sound quality is horrible. i tried looking for some sound settings but found none. Has anyone noticed this? I dont really want to return it.
This is seriously the best information I have to buy this phone on Sunday at this point. Microsoft & Samsung have done a terrible job at advertising this phone.
I still don't understand we dont know the HD and RAM of how a phone that goes on sale in a few days.... I've paused the video a few times... It def says 8GB... Anyone going to the event today? Please check into this for us!
In all honesty it doesn't make much sense for this phone to only have 8GB of storage. The Focus Flash is their budget phone and I would assume the differences are the camera, screen size and storage.
why would samsung make a "flagship" windows phone and then not do anything about increasing the storage?..doesnt make any sense to me. I guess im just going to have to wait and see when it hits the store on the 6th
At the 10 second mark if you pause the video you should be able to see the computer says Focus S and storage 8 GB. If this is the case I simply cannot buy this phone.
@xxFlacoXD They're pretty evenly matched in most specs. It just comes down to your preference. If you can handle a 4.7-inch screen and want more durable hardware, go with the Titan. If you want a screen thats still big but is thin, go with the Focus S.
@xxFlacoXD I just compared these two phones side by side tonight. While I like the size and metal build of the Titan, I actually found that it is a bit too big for me to use one-handed. I have to stretch my thumb to reach the back button. Also, I found the screen on the Focus S to be greatly superior. The blacks are truly black, and the colors are vibrant. It's amazing. On the Titan's screen, the blacks were more grey and the colors seemed washed out. They're both great, really.
@xxFlacoXD If you are an audiophile, the Focus S is not for you. I bought and I'm very disappointed on the audio that comes out of the headphone jack and even bluetooth. Other than that it is awesome. Love WP7.
Did you know a 16GB WP7 only gives you around 12.9GBs to work with, lol 8GB seriously 5GB's of usable storage is a joke and since Skydrive is limited right now, for only music, docs and limited file types. After Nokia only launching in Europe( until early Spring next year), this was my second phone choice for my upgrade. LOL looks like i'm sticking to my iPhone 4 for awhile longer.
Had an overall bad experience with my omnia....problems updating...poor app support....no 3g toggle in my mobile network settings.....they havnt even had a launch event for their devices. They either don't give a fuck or they're ashamed of their offering. Won't be getting another Samsung windows phone again. Can't wait to get my Nokia 800! Roll on Nov 16th
@Asparagi39 The Titan is bigger overall than the Focus S, which makes it a little harder to use one-handed. However, I think I do like the materials HTC used more than the plastics used by Samsung.
@WindowsPhoneDaily Please tell me how do the screens compare as well as the cameras, those two will be the deciding factors in deciding which one to get.
i don't know i like how the nokia lumia 800 looks, i may have to switch from my iPhone to one of these windows phones

Please make a version without the AT&T logo on it! I'll buy it right now!
I would also love it if you could remove the Samsung logo (put it on the back maybe), but I realize that's just wishful thinking.

@xxFlacoXD Samsung Focus S has more space on it. I think it has 16 or 32gb and the Titan has only 8gb or 16gb I think.

Yea, I really didn't care about the 16 vs 32 gb discussion, but if we are talking about 8gb .... now that is going to cause some problems...
