It's a Discraft Skystyler 160g. Basically the same thing as a ultimate disc, just a little lighter, a little more rim and a smoother plastic for longer delays.
The players also wear fake fingernails and spray the bottom (and top) of the frisbee with silicone to reduce the friction on the spinning disc.
