  • My mom is old school and she thinos tampons will take my virginity I use them behind her back so I know I can put a cup in so, how can I buy one behind her back. I want to use one for over night because I always leak

  • @ShineOner1 If you use internal products, you can use a menstrual cup - they are small and very discrete and you can hide them easily. Nothing can take away your virginity except sex with a man, but in many cultures having an intact hymen on your wedding night is important. It's an ancient damaging patriarchal idea linked with family honour, but until the attitudes change we have to acknowledge many women live with this cultural reality.

  • @shineroner1 you can buy a cup now from mainstream drugstores (eg Boots, in the UK) or order one online. Your local teen health clinic may be able to order one for you. Why not get some washable pads as well for use at night with the cup for extra security.

  • @ShineOner1 Maybe you could talk to your doctor at your next annual checkup and ask him/her to talk to your mother about internal protection.

  • @ShineOner1 If you live in America/Canada, you can buy a Divacup in Whole Foods

  • Ooooh, avoid the antibacterial stuff. You do *not* want that in your hoo-hah.

  • @lorelome lemon juice is a pretty god idea rinses of super easy and doesn't leave any residue

  • @lorelome you are right - I dont use the cleaning wipes you clean surfaces with, I mean non-scented baby wipes which are ok for the skin.

  • @scottishboomerang Yes, they're OK for skin and the outer area around your vagina (if you personally aren't worried about some of the new research on long-term use of antibacterial substances), but not for inside your vagina. There's a very delicate balance of pH and bacteria and so forth that shouldn't be disturbed with foreign substances unless a doctor recommends it; otherwise, you're opening yourself to infection.

  • can you sleep with this in? i'm asking that because i sleep with tampons, i change the tampon before i go to bed..

  • @BabyKates95 Yes, you can.

  • @BabyKates95 its the same idea you empty in before you go to bed and again first thing when you wake up

  • @CoolBeanSquadron thank you (: i wasnt sure and i was thinking about using it.

  • What about virgin girls?!

  • @noisees they should work perfectly fine, but it may take a little more work in the beginning. i started using one @ 13 and it work jsut fine, but i have never had a hymen... so.. yeah

  • does this hurt? i tried a tampon last night for the first time and it hurt like crap, plus, im scared of tss. but im definetly trying this (:

  • @BeautifullyBubbly It can be uncomfortable until you get the hang of inserting it. Tampons are bad for you, dry you out, have dioxins and other nasties in them - the cup is made from medical grade silcone and does not harbour germs as long as you clean it with hot soapy water every day.

  • I read a review where someone described cups as "Barbie sized deluxe toilet plungers" and couldn't stop laughing! I LOVE my cup!!!

  • @Jaylectricity Standing up with my pants around my ankles and waddling over to the sink to wash mine out is exactly what I do so my answer is yes lol.

  • wow this is interesting when u discuss how it wont work for every culture..

  • stearlizing....breaking hymens.....dumping contents.....making different shapes for it to work. yeah.... i'll stick to my pads. stick and go! No goo, no mess, no breakage :)

  • And what happen when u try to loose your Virginity and u forget it's in there and it gets stuck

  • What happens when ya gata pee

  • @haloreachrules232 Urine doesn't come out of your vagina, it comes out of your urethra.

  • your really sweet! it was very cute how you worried about people getting grossed! :P i just got my naturcup and im pretty excited! the instructions say to use a gentle, no perfume soap to wash it. I was thinking of using antibacterial soap (like Detol), but isn't maybe too harsh for the cup?? or even the vagina? and when i go for swimming, to i have to take it out and wash it every time i get out of the water, or i can leave it there?? thanks so much!

  • So this wouldn't be smart if you're still a virgin...right?

  • @movienerd68 A virgin's vagina is no different to that of a non-virgin, cups are just as suitable for virgins as tampons - if you're young cups are a better option as they're safer.

  • thank you! I'm really looking forward to trying this out, I've been really looking for something that is more environmentally friendly!

  • They BREAK your hymen?? O_O

  • @Sylphadora Hymens don't break, they can stretch or tear, menstrual cups like tampons can stretch or tear the hymen but this has no effect on virginity and rarely causes pain, so nothing to worry about.

  • This video was a big inspiration for me to get my LadyCup. I'm still working the kinks out of using it, but I hope to be solely a menstrual cup girl in the future. Now: What is this song???? Must know! :-)

  • Actually the mensrual cup you're showing in the video it's not a Diva Cup. Looks more like a MoonCup...or a Keeper maybe? The Diva Cup does not have such a pronounced rim. Nice video anyway!

  • My dad would probably say: "Mmmm... Menstrual Cup.. When are the finals?"

  • It's a great presentation, thank you! I'm a happy cup user and I think it's very important for women to know they are not doomed to pads and tampons.

I just suggest that, to attract women to the idea, you might use a coloured cup of lesser size.

  • thanks for the very informative lesson, and the matter of fact way your presented it, I can't use tampons and have only just learned about the mooncup

  • Great presentation, congrats! See, my problem would be inserting it, would it be possible for any manufacturer to manufacture also an inserter like tampons bring now a days? Just give me an easy inserter and I swear I'll try it =)

  • Love the music.

  • You don't insert it like a tampon...you have to fold it and angle it in properly. - totally diff in my opinion.

  • your voice is enchanting, thank you for a very informative video x

  • It looks really uncomfortable :/

  • this seems complicated, uncomfortable, and messy. I've heard of some stories about "accidents" using this kind of thing. I'll stick to pulling my strings

  • Thank you so much for this video!

I've been interested in buying one of these for a while but I had a few questions that weren't being answered anywhere else.

You answered all my questions and then some. ;)

Your video was very informative and demonstrates the insertion/removal very well.

  • OMG i bought one of these!!!! im from australia and this kind of menstral flow protection is shunned upon... I love my moon cup. if there isnt a sink to wash it out in the I just use a bottle of water. I cant use tampons because they give me thrush and i find them uncomfortable. the moon cup I have no worries and cant even feel it. they smell offencive and they are a cheap alternitive. way to go. I just want to tell the world about them..... Im one very happy user.

  • @UserNamei5 Why thank you, babykins, for bringing up an important historical fact. Old Julius, your hero, could not conquer Scotland at all, mostly because of the women! He wrote " The Celtic Warrior, when accompanied in Battle by his wife, is nearly impossible to conquer". Julius was a pussycat who never came North, sweetie. The Girls in Blue War Paint saw to that. Check your facts before you jeer.

  • @UserNamei5 Why thank you, babykins, for bringing up an important historical fact. Old Julius, your hero, could not conquer Scotland at all, mostly because of the women! • Oh my gosh, people are SO willfully ignorant and happy to be uneducated! I LOVE REJECTING PLAIN FACTS RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY FACE!!!

Anyway- Kudos to the open-minded guys who took the time to post. It's nice to know that not all dudes are "squicked" (love that new term) by period stuff.

  • Can anybody answer this question? So, do you stand up with your panties around your ankles and waddle to the sink to rinse this thing off? I'm trying to figure the logistics of that out.

  • @Jaylectricity no you don't stand up. Take it out like you remove a tampon when you sit on the toilet and dump it down the toilet. Then wipe the cup out with toilet paper and rinse it off then reinsert it.

  • @xxashley69 It's the rinsing off part I don't get. What if the sink isn't right next to the toilet?

  • @Jaylectricity Hi there. To clean it on the move you take damp tissue or babywipes with you into the stall. You can't remove it standing up, you need to be sitting on the loo or squatting. Once you empty it in the toilet bowl, you wipe the cup on the inside and out until its clean - this take about 10 seconds - dispose of the tissue, then reinsert. In reality, the cup is good for 8-12 hours for most women, so the chances are you can be out all day and never have to empty it away from home.

  • @scottishboomerang I do ever remove it standing up while not being at home. strange bathrooms are often really disgusting... ;D I really love my cup and it is one of the best inventions in history! no more bloody panties, no more smelling "dipers", you can do, what ever you want to do, swimming, sports or just hanging arround - it is all just relaxed since I discovered this wunderfull thing:D

    sorry for my bad english;D

  • @Kugelfischhalter Your English is better than many Americans, sad to say!

  • @Jaylectricity no you've got about 10 to 20 mins to wash it and get is back in so you can pull your pant up ;)

  • Guys, stop being so grossed out over this... When tampons were invented people were skeptical of those too, once you get over the "ick" factor you learn to love this product. I received my Menstrual cup a couple days ago and after practicing with it three times I got it working properly right away and I couldn't even feel it!!!! think about it this way: would you rather wear a piece of cotton taped to your underwear that smells gross and grows bacteria or use something safe and clean?!?!

  • omg....... i don't want to use that.....

  • @ajiemouse Why not? It's cleaner than any gross pad or tampon. Read the facts and don't knock it until you try it.

  • Wooohooo! Just got my first one!

  • how do you know when its full?

  • @chellye12 After a couple months you should be pretty familiar with your flow. Try 4 to 8 hours first and if there isn't much in there you can probably only take it out every twelve hours.

  • She did a very good job explaining everything.

  • I had some problems but these being technical issues I asked the doctor on proctoraid com ...... got a very detailed and nice answer .

thought it could help other women online.

    your video is also nice.

  • yes i'd like to know a little bit more, can u swim or horseback ride with it in, will it leak if i lay down and toss and turn all night, or doing certain yoga poses?

  • @StarLacondrata -- yes, you can do everything with it. I've been using one for 3 years and it has never leaked.

  • to those who have used this product:

are women still able to, for example, go horseback riding or swimming?

this was a very informative video, you have a lovely speaking voice :) thank you for posting!!

  • @pbandjay05 -- yes, you can do everything with it. I've been using one for 3 years and it has never leaked.

  • I just got my period a few months ago, and I'm a virgin. I find tampons and pads very uncomfortable, so when I found out about the Diva Cup I got so excited! I just got one tonight and on my first try it was really painful, but I tried a different fold (the punch down) and it went in easily. Taking it out was the hardest part - I'm just going to have to experiment with breaking the seal. But really, it's so much more comfortable once it's in and I'm hoping it will soon be second nature!

  • you have a beautiful soothing voice. I dont usually watch product endorsments like this but this is was good as I had never heard of the menstrual cup and I came by this vid by accident. I am going to check it out.

  • Excellent tutorial. Thanks!

  • Great video! Very informative and you have a very soothing voice. I just purchased my first menstrual cup from ebay for $17.95USD with free shipping! What a deal! I hope that everything works out right. I have never been able to insert tampons comfortably. I hope I don't end up with the same problems. I always tried to insert it straight up but now I know better after watching your video. I will let you know how it goes after my 3 cycles. Chao!

  • thanks for the video. apparently they don't sell the moon cup in the US so I bought the Diva cup. Luckily it comes in two sizes. This is my first time using it, on my third day, and while it was awkward at first I got used to it very fast. NO LEAKS AT ALL and nothing to throw away or carry around with me embarrassingly, no trash either. Why isn't this more popular? People should be just going CRAZY about this.

  • I will never use a tampon/tampax ever again.

  • that looks painful as hell to insert if you're still a virgin

  • @ratsrulb they have different sizes. the Diva Cup (the US brand) has a smaller one and then a larger one for women who've had children. Even though it looks big, and it is a little awkward the first day, you can't feel it if inserted it correctly (not too high up but with the end tip just at the opening). Just fold it like she said. The material is smooth so it goes in very easily. I'm using it for the first time and I can't believe it isn't more popular. People should just be fanatic about it!

  • Wow, super informative and well presented. I'm a guy so I don't need one but I was curious as to how this product worked when I saw one online. I get it now. If I was a chick I'd probably prefer this. Good video.

  • I think I might Try it,thank you you really helped me understand!!!!Know I just have to beg my mom to let me buy it!

  • Thank you for this very informative video. You have inspired me to give it a go.

  • Thanks for a really sensitive explanation, it's appreciated.

  • i have endometriosis and have never been able to use tampons since i bleed through them in 15mins, so i gave up on them the 1st year i had my period 9years ago haha that and they hurt being inside, for years i have used cloth pads since as you said the store bought dissposibles "and they dont really work" they were never the right sizes ext. but i bought a divacup today and just tried it and as someone with vaganismus i am happy how well it went in and how i cant even feel it :D thanks for vid

  • @brokendoll8777777 Thanx hun but you know what, the video needs to be re worded, it sounds offensive....infact why even bring culture into it al all, informing you about the pro's and con's is different but bringing culture into it is not required.. Its like me saying "the curry i sell may not be liked but Christians, white , Jews etc cuz it may be too hot.".. its better to say the curry may be hot so if your not a fan of spices then be aware...Thanx anyway hun.. regards

  • You got it very wrong, its got NOTHING to do with culture, im a muslim woman and cant see how it will effect other countries at all.... are stating that we have problems washing things..... let me remaind you the MUSLIM culture is the most cleanest religion/culture one has... we wash our selves everytime we go to the washroom instead of using loo paper!!!! if anything its people like you who have problems keeping clean!!!! Culture my foot!!!! its got no effect on the culture at all.....

  • @nabz3000 she was referring to how allot of people wouldn’t look kindly on someone taking something they just had up their vagina into the kitchen and putting it in moms pot on the stove. I know my best friend’s parents (who are Muslim would not want that happening) perhaps fine if it had its own pot ext.... don’t get all defensive she was not attacking you or anyone okay, she is trying to inform people about the cup but also possible issues people might run into.

  • @nabz3000 remember culture may NOT be synonymous with religion. I am Jamaican and we do not use our pots for anything other than cooking. i would have to buy a separate pot. (Jews would have a similar concern because of kosher rules) for example in the US ppl bathe their kids or rinse mop pads in the kitchen sink we cant do that here. in fact i cant even bring a drinking glass into the bathroom there haS 2 b a different one for rinsing the mouth so culture WILL AFFECT HOW U STERILIZE IT

  • @dumplingandtt My dear thats not CULTURE... Thats the way you do things other people will do it a different way.... its not culture... Regards

  • @YelllowNailVarnish Think about how much money you will be saving by not needing to purchase pads and tampons in the long run!

  • You are just the sweetest thing. Thankyou for this. I want one and will buy one xx

  • ugh.. pads are just so inconvenient, gross and annoying.... tampons are just as bad and theers a irsk of tss.... i think im going to switch to the diva cup or something of the like....saves money yay!!

  • Thank you for your very kind, gentle education of the menstrual cup.

  • Great review! I just ordered from iherb.com and they are giving new customers $5 off any order with ongoing coupon code TAW742 (valid only for one person per household) US & international orders

  • Me gusta la canción. Thanks for the help!

  • Well im a 110 pound virgin and this looks like super painful to insert so i'm not even going to try :P

  • I'm from Eastern Europe, and we have no problems with it. What a strange point of view!

  • I am going to try the Diva cups! Hope it works as she says!

  • this saves alot of monney but does it not hurt?

  • Do you rinse it out before soaking and sealing it in the surgical spirit?

  • i feel so bad for WOMEN that live in cultures where their hymens have to be intact when they are married. thats so fucking sexist.

  • i dont care about where you graudated from, just tell me how to put this cup in my vag

  • I sterilize mine by rinsing it with rubbing alcohol after each cycle...keeps it out of the kitchen and I do it in the bathtub, since the idea of it in the sink squicks my sister. The tupperwear container is a great idea! Lots of useful information.

  • oh hell no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i think i will stick to a tampon in the day and a pad when im asleep! i have been using a tampon and a pad sence i was 11 and i will stick that way!

  • Whats a menstrual cup???

  • pads can be painful due to bunching and reactions to chemicals used in them

  • A friend started using Diva Cup last year, and I'm just now considering looking into getting one myself. Stumbled on your video while searching for information on menstrual cups, and you did a really great job. Great information & description on how to use it, as well as likable camera presence. Thanks for taking the time to put this out there. :)

  • ..how can pads be painful? that's a little exaggerating..

  • @ithastobecatchy

I find pads painful, as they chafe and abrade the vulva and labia lips. Some have gotten so bad as to leave scabs after the menses. That's what turned me away from pads and into cups. Not really exaggerating.

  • Comment removed

  • @ithastobecatchy no it's not... try realising you have the equivalent of nappy rash and it burns every time you sit down. plus agreeing with @1985aberry on the chafing thing. owwwwwwwchhh

  • omg omg omg i love your accent. also i'm really excited to go buy and a divacup now. :)

  • I just bought mine...and I love it!!! waaaay better than toxic cotton that doesn't always do it's job.

  • Dunno why everyone's grossed out about blood. Don't you eat meat? Do you cook it yourselves? The first time I prepared a chicken, it got everywhere. Unless you're the sort who thinks menstrual blood is "unclean". And that is just not true. Blood is blood. Now, HIV infected blood, I can see an issue. But for just regular old blood, it isn't gross. And that is coming from a vegetarian. I do not eat anything with blood. What's gross is saliva. When did YOU last kiss someone?

  • can you take these in the water? to go swiming?

  • @Foreveroct1993 yes :)

  • Thank you so much!!!!

Im a virgin and I dont want the tightness or possible pain but when Im older I will absolutely try this out!!

  • @MissLucyBoomer There's small size cups for virgins... =)

  • Oh you don't think it's OK for a virgin.... I didn't know that was a problem

  • you would be washing this out in a basin that others use to wash their face etc.. thats not nice.

  • @MELONSCOFFER

haha you can always wash it in the bathtub silly!

  • This sounds ok, except the fact that in public bathrooms, replacing this would be really disgusting.

I think my boyfriend would be ok with me boiling it in water if I bought a separate pan for it, and he's an orthodox jew. It just can't be in the same pot as food is in (and gross...i wouldn't do that anyway). I think most women who ever find themselves alone for at least 20 minutes in a day should be able to do this without their husbands/significant others even knowing about it.

  • @JadeyChi Is there ever any leakage with the cup?

  • @JadeyChi I have used menstrual cups and only on two occasions have I had any leakage. One was the first time, when I didn't have a good seal, and the other was after I'd left it on too long and had sat for several hours (movie festival) and it lost the seal when I suddenly changed position. Otherwise, in 4 years, not a drop spilled. Way better than my track record with any other product. Still, you can always use a liner as back up if you feel the need. Maybe a Lunapad.

  • Very nice! You're too cute and the song's lyrics are perfect! :)

  • i love your accent. and thanks a lot for this info! ive been curious about it

  • This is great! thank you so much for the detailed information!

  • This is a very well-done, informative, and sensitive video. Thank you very much!

  • yay! go scottishboomerang! <3 the diva cup, <3 the environment, <3 this video!

  • what if you hang upside down will the icky cup empty inside of you O.O

  • why would you hang up side down in the first place . . . ?

  • If you had to work with some of the slinkies I do you'd feel like hanging yourself too ... not necessarily upside down either!

[And by slinky I'm refering to the toy - yes, many of my co-workers are like slinkies ... they're not good for much of anything but they sure are fun to push down the stairs!]

  • @carrotheadonpoop

Why would you hang upside down? Unless like gymnastics or something, but it has nowhere to go...I'm sure it would just empty out after you right yourself.

  • It sits rather low in your vagina. To remove it, you push down (like you're going to go #2) and you insert two fingers in (only the tips of your fingers, btw) and grab the base of the cup to pull it out. If you can get fingered by your mate, or if you can masturbate, then you can certainly handle sticking the tips of your fingers into your vagina.

It's a lot better than having a nasty string hanging from you all the time.

  • y would i wanna catch my period im quite happy throughing away a tampon i dont wanna use a bloody cup!

  • When it goes inside you it's not bloody. It takes but a minute to wash it out after each use. About as much time as it takes to open a new tampon wrapper.

You have to wash your hands afterward anyways (whether you use a tampon or a cup), so I don't see what the issue is.

  • thank you for such a helpful video!

  • won't those leak or spill up into your vagina when you move suddenly or day down? also, i'v known people who have used this and it spilled all over. how is this prevented? also, what if it gets too full?

  • No, it won't spill if you move. The suction keeps the flow from spilling. You can swim, go bike riding, and do everything you would do with a tampon. If it gets too full, then it will leak, but it takes a good amount of flow before that happens.

  • Thanks so much! I live in a dorm currently, so this isn't currently a possibility for me, but I'd like to think that I'll do this later in life...and this video was quite helpful! =)

  • please, try it! i live with five other women on campus and they are so discreet! no tampons or pads - the other girls probably don't even know i have a period, LOL. you don't need to empty it often and you can find some quiet time alone to practice so when your period arrives, you'll be good to go!

  • great video!

  • im such a loser im to scared to use anything else other than a pad. im 19 and i just cant use a tampon, i cant relax i get super scared. and i really hate pads especially when im in a public bathroom and i have to change the pad and everyone can hear when u are opening a new pad. its so embarresing but i cant use anything else. and i guess id be able to use a tampon if i wasnt a vergin

  • Hi there - internal products are not for everyone. I seem to remember at 19 I wasn't keen on using any internal stuff and anyway, it takes time to get comfortable with your own body. I suggest using washable pads in your case, like Lunapads. You can get special purses (they look like makeup bags) to carry supplies with you with a seperate pocket for used pads.

  • im the same way and im 20. tampons are just to uncomfortable for me and its different for everyone. my cousin whos 18 and still a virgin uses tampons because they are easier for her. so i'd say just use what your most comfortable with.

  • thanks!

  • Psh, you're not a loser at all. I couldn't use tampons at all until after I lost my virginity. It's pretty normal, really. =) They do make super-slim tampons that you might be able to use, though. I highly recommend getting ones with plastic inserters, because they'll slide in much more easily, especially if you use a little blood to lubricate them (sorry to be gross). I still wear tampons with a pad, though! They can sometimes leak...=/

  • ive tried super slim tampons but i just cant use them. but i guess i can just keep trying. thanks for the help

  • Have you considered cloth pads? Personally, I use both the DivaCup as well as cloth pads. I much much prefer cloth pads over the disposable ones. They're a lot more comfortable. ;-)

  • i didnt even know there were cloth pads. maybe ill look into getting them

  • yeah, you can buy organic cotten, cloth pads I have them and they are great. Feel much better than pads to your skin. The only thing is that you have to wash them.

  • This was very interesting...I had no idea they existed. Very innovative and eco friendly! Speaking as a women, pads are just terrible, and tampons, while less noticeable can be annoying (with the string and all). I am very glad I watched this.

  • how would you know if it's deep enough?

and what if it gets stuck inside?

  • It's deep enough when it's all the way inside and it shouldn't get stuck. If you have trouble getting it out you can insert your finger up alongside it and pop it in a bit to break the seal, then ease it out from the bottom.

  • I think it's been two years since I got the moon cup, and I'm a firm believer that there is no method better than it for dealing with menstruation. I've not gone back to tampons or pads, and I never will. This tutorial video really does show everything you need to know about it, and I'm glad I watched it a long time ago.

  • This was very helpful! Previously, I thought the cup had to sit on the cervix, and couldn't imagine using it. Your demonstration rocked, and now I see that I could use this easily. I switched to cloth pads 6 months ago, and have been much healthier. This will be of great use on my heaviest days. Thanks!

  • How do you know when it's full and you need to empty it?

  • Normal size cup can take more fluid than big size tampon. It is easy to learn, that how often you have to empty it. I have normal menstruals and I never have to empty more often two times in a day, in the morning and in the evening.

This is great vid! The cup is 1000x better than tampons and pads.

  • Thanks - can't wait to try one out!

  • You´re welcome! Good luck!

But remember to be patient, read the instructions fully. Don´t try the first time, if you´re in hurry and stress. And if it goes wrong, don´t worry. You will learn it, just might need some practise :)

  • what about for babies? think of all those diapers polluting. why dont they have a solution for that?

  • @TheRealReasonForDP

    its called cloth diapers

  • They do have alternatives. Most people are just too lazy to use cloth diapers.

  • Cloth diapers! Today's cloth diapers are made to go on and off babies JUST like disposables. They're super easy to use and really easy to wash. I've used cloth with both my children (my son who is 3 and potty trained, and my newborn daughter). ;-)

  • Bought one a few months ago and agree that it does take about 3 cycles to get it right. I cannot believe I've spent so much time dealing with pads and tampons and love passing by that aisle in the store knowing I don't have to deal with it anymore.

  • Thanks for this!

  • ive been wanting to get one of these. that makes it seem a lot easier!! thanks!!

  • Yes! You can use it because the cup forms a seal that keeps it from slipping and falling out while you swim.

  • the softcup only stays a oval shape as big as a tampon it doesnt expand as a circle

  • There are other folds other than the one in the video which are smaller. I have used my cups a few months and have never used that fold.

  • It's true, but F you still!

  • so i guess I can safely assume your a gay guy? ok then, why are you watching this then?

  • I got the diva cup last week, My period started today. I inserted it and took it out 8 times before i found this video. It really helped. I was feeling an intense fullness at first, and a lot of pain. This video showed me what i was doing wrong, and now I'm wearing it. It feels a little funny to me, because it's a different sensation than tampons. I was having a really hard time getting it to sit properly inside me without traveling up or down, and now its sitting just fine. thanks for this vid
