As we view this pattern, especially in the last swing sequence we can see on the stroke is bein delivered in the torso plan slot. The torso-plane slot is the zone that is an inclined plane that is aligned from the ball line up through the center of the torso. The upper boundary of the zone runs through the shoulder blades, the lower boundary is just above the navel.
