awesome FUTUREPOP, than you Front 242 i am so glad to hear different sounds, such as futurepop, electropop, synthpop. For ages the music industry has produced same, same, same, same sounds, now that music biz has burnt out commercialised tunes we now all are looking for more futurepop, electropop, synthpop
Cool post. The older 242 material has withstood the test of time the best, IMO. Still sounds fresh and original (not influenced by metal samples etc). These guys are insane live too.
Listen closely, this is F242 still learning how to mashup multiple programmed tracks on their E-mus, like Beethoven rehearsing. Went on to become the gods of analogue synth...
ok, love. slighty weird love, but love al the same.

Art and strategy was produced in 1981, not in 1988. They were truly PIONEERS

Way ahead of its time, made on analog monosynths, drumachines and a tape 4 track. Amazing stuff.

This record is historic. Coming from a guy that does not care much for Front 242.

Den här låten bedövade öronen på mig i min walkman hösten -87.
Front var det tuffare alternativet till Depeche Mode.

It's from 1981. 1988 was a re-pressing on CD format. :-)
