It isn't patched yet, there is also many other similar glitches to that one in the game as well.

Good find man. Yeah I was way disappointed with the beta, not just for glitches I just didn't like the gameplay. I honestly don't think I'll be picking up the game unless I can get it on some crazy good deal.
