Sure, it's Fantasy on a Russian Theme by David Popper. Starker & Kliegel both did nice recordings of it. It just came out a couple months ago in an edition by Emilio Colon, which is very nice! Maria Kliegel told me she is doing one with her fingerings that is being published by Schott Mainz, also.
