  • spgs sucks,i like tiger 2

  • I love the M109A2, but that's a field gun not heavy. I was a gun bunny for 9 years and gave the Republican Guard the good news with 155mm HE

  • "WHITE WITNESS MARKS ARE ALIGNED! PERMISSION TO PRIME? PERMISSION TO HOOK UP? PERMISSION TO FIRE?!?!"

  • thumbs up if you saw the shell

  • love the smell of the powder charge after firing, they use to call it "wolf pussy"

  • It's called heavy because it's mech. And part of a Heavy BCT.

  • The REAL heavy artillery is the Schwerer Gustav cannon...thing's fucking huge

  • MY STOMACH IS A REALLY HARD heavy artillery :D

  • you can see the shell coming out the barrel

  • i saw the shell!! i win

  • M109 Paladin

  • Swedish Bandkanon 1C is better (i think it is^^)

  • That would be a Paladin 155mm Self propelled howitzer and I know this because I am a 91Kilo!

  • This was Chuck Norris' favorite toy as a child.

  • vehicle made in usa. Totaled within 10 shots

  • Oh Dora this, dora that. Try Atomic Annie! Maybe not as big as DORA but packed a hell of a punch.

  • Comment removed

  • I love the keyboard military commenting on the Dora 800mm. Yes, I'm pretty sure we've all heard about it. But seriously...no one cares. There's a reason why no one's ever tried to remake something with that size caliber. It's stupid and pointless. The M109 is heavy artillery...real heavy artillery...deal with it.

  • Heavy?!?! your kidding me right if this is heavy artillery then I'm Santa.FOR FUCK SAKES did you ever here obouth DORA the 800mm monster??

  • I want it for my garden ....

  • M109 kicks ass!!!

  • German 800mm canon DORA was the most heavy canon ever made but were used like 3 time max. S that little canon in the vid is Shit compareted to DORA. But DORA is a more big shit because it was made by nazi bastard

  • this is real heavy artillery? XD go learn from WWI and WWII maybe the name DORA will remind you something

  • The REAL heavy artillery? What about DORA huh?

  • Too bad they did away with 8 inch! I remember the time there weren't enough firing points available at Ft. Sill, so my section (Bn. FDC) set up behind one of our firing batteries (105mm M102). There was an 8 in. battery on the firing point down the road, and when they fired, it was louder than the 105's firing 50 yards in front of us.

  • Dear Santa,

  • thats a U.S.A paladin artillery not the best but also not the worst

  • 800mm gustav ( :

  • who dont like this

  • is it a purpose made artillery vehicle or is it an other tank's chassis with a different turret?

  • @pa93mw2Self-propelled artillery, chasis/turret made for the 155mm gun

  • Artillery battaljon! m121!

  • /watch?v=YG1R7pgTChs THE REAL HEAVY ARTILLERY!

  • The largest gun I can think of is the German 80cm (roughly 31 inches) Kanone(E) Dora L40-6. It fired a 10,500-lb shell. The round, with case, was over 25 ft long. I'm not BS'ing you guys. This gun was used on the russian front during world war II.

  • @Panzershreck22 still the biggest

  • i wish the nazis woulda actually built a P1500. they were the only crazy bastards wanting to do it!

  • Okay it aint the biggest and it aint the baddest... unless you are where those rounds are landing...then it is the end of the world.

  • The real heavy artillery hahaha The real artillery and the mother of all weapons is DORA rail gun.

  • Well, compared to Hitler's Railway Gun, this isn't much to look at.

  • @ThirdWorldDUDE This gun is intact. Hitlers gun are a all scrap metal

  • @ThirdWorldDUDE yeah but these are more combat effective these are gps guided well i cant say for that shell but they can. and if its blast you concernt about we could easily put a nuke in those shells.

  • i can see the bullet:D

  • is this a palidin?>

  • @The3nlightened0ne

    AS-90 :)

  • @The3nlightened0ne you are correct sir..it is not a as-90..it is the m109 paladin. you can tell because of the pantel facing the collimator

  • OMG you can actually see it coming out the barrel too!!

  • Army bastards and your *self propelled* shit. ;)

  • mm ?

  • cool !

  • Damn I love those Paladins

  • Comment removed

  • pffft you call that heavy try out atomic annie

  • is that the NLOS cannon?

  • @leonidas231 It's a M-109 Paladin.

  • that sucker kinda looks like the jagdtiger2

  • wow!!! i see the bomb come out the gun!! cool~~

  • @johnsoncuiChina i mean the bullet

  • You can spot the projectile a few feet from the barrel when it fires.

  • the heaviest artillery was the dora and the gustav in ww2 railway guns

  • @ Basti6814

Germany has the 2nd biggest in europe. Russia has the biggest army.

  • Have a look at "Panzerhaubitze 2000" - The biggest cannon on wheels so far!

Germans have a small army, but they´re still inventing the best weapons! :-)

  • @sirandelot

The most I like the way the PZH2000 is loaded with ammo! Robotics and Computer at its best! :-)

  • @sirandelot Germany has the biggest Army in Europa^^

  • the PzH 2000 is better.... but great machine though

  • me waaant one :]

  • Still prefer the PZH 2000 tough =] but these guns are awesome =]

  • @ShazRath of course!! look in the video response!!

  • @ShazRath I wouldnt, no muzzle break leads to more movement which is bad all around for crew and machine.. why didnt they add one?

  • @ShazRath Hope they dont´t kill your children, parents and friends some day. Peace!

  • And it's my job to fix them when the gun bunnies break them

  • Its not a Tank. It's a canon on wheels. Better known as a Self Propelled Howitzer.

  • Obviously a youngster that hasn't seen HEAVY artillery.

Son you ever fired an 8"? TWICE the weight of shot as therm popguns

  • ain't that a german gun??

  • @cocacolacompany1 It's a 155mm Paladin self propelled artillery system designed for mechanized warfare. Basically it keeps up with the rest of the armored forces.

  • imagine a machine gun style artillery.

  • @uziman2 yeah guy, it's called a battalion 2 round volley

  • Thats the tank the U.S.A would use on GODZILLA!

  • @GeneralMatte117 no, a merv!

  • that is not a tank it is an artillery weapon. @GeneralMatte117

  • You can actually see the projectile at one instant!

  • The title is wrong...MLRS, my previous MOS, is the REAL heavy artillery. Go google it.

  • the worst days of my army life sat inside a m109 and never seeing the world, did i quit and get back to wheels quick as possible, long live the light gun

  • sad thing is noone even knows what they are fighting for.

well we know what they are there for, control.. Why not

count the actual number of real terrorists who have

been arrested and proven guilty since this war started

and see if all those soldiers lives were worth it. I respect

soldiers for what they represent, but you guys are

risking your lives for a phony cause, a cause that

is only about oil and gaining further control of what

    will eventually be all nations.

  • Comment removed

  • @afghi420 I have been hearing people whining about the war being for oil....In 8 years since the start of the war, where is this oil? And how is it benefitting us? And if we are trying to get control of all nations, why are we walking away from Iraq now?

  • @metermatch

no offense, but you have to thinkas business man

your country stores the oil, and when the prices are at their height because there is no oil left on the earth you will sell it at astronomical prices.

thats just one of my conclusions.

  • @ASSKICK187INYOASS I think you need to look at the quantity of oil needed to do that. Nobody has that kind of capacity, not even the US. The US does have a national stockpile, I think in an underground cavern. But it is for national security, in the event of war, or serious supply disruption. And President Bush came under quite a bit of fire, PURCHASING oil to fill the stockpile when gas prices were $3-4 a gallon, during the early part of the Iraq war.

  • what the hell do americans have with canadians?

  • lol, do I see the round in there or did I take some drugs?

  • @FiR3S4Rt3R true. you saw the round.

  • @FiR3S4Rt3R Haha you did, that's amazing.

  • WW I - real time of real heavy artillery

  • @slavuBOG Comparatively speaking, the guns used in WWI would, even by the standards of WWII, be considered extremely light artillery or even obsolete. The stuff we can do now means war is like swallowing a suicide pill to be able to kick the guy next to you in the balls.

  • @slavuBOG i believe you mean ww2 because hitler built super artillery

  • im only 14 and im thinking about joining the canadian army but could any one give me exercize tips? because im kinda chubby but i wanna get muscular "im only about 15 lbs over weight"

  • @legomaster425 work out alot more im 15 i want to join the united states air force but i know i need alittle more muscles and i used to work out but there was no motivation id get tired and quit now i tell myself another mans life depends on it and i can push out alot more than i thought

  • @legomaster425 HAHAHAHA the candian army, the protector of the leaf

  • @legomaster425 Yea go down to castro street in S.F. mingle and get drunk and you will lose some weight

  • @legomaster425 If you are seriously interested, then you need to keep yourself in top physical shape. Be it Canada or America, the military is tough. It doesn't matter what workouts you do, really. So long as you do them consistently. Swimming is a great way to burn calories, and it's a very useful skill. Don't eat more than you need. Most importantly, just keep moving.

  • this is not heavy check the german Phz2000 that is real stuff

  • @bikkel125 both shoot 155mm

  • Is that a PIM?

  • The m1a1 shoots 120mm not 125mm

  • The main difference between the two is that artillery is an indirect fire weapon while a tank is a direct fire weapon, meaning that arty doesn't have to see the target to shoot it, tanks do. Rome8800 doesn't know what he's talking about. Arty when used right is many times more lethal than any tank. The M1A1 Abrams, shoots a 125mm round while artillery can be 105 or 155. The Paladin here shoots 155mm.

  • @rome8800 False for the most part. The main difference is that artillery is indirect fire weapon while tanks are a direct fire weapon. When used correctly, arty can be many times more lethal than a tank. American arty is a completely different chassis, and while it can destroy an enemy tank, that's what we have tanks for. The rounds tanks shoot is 125mm, the paladin here is a 155mm.

  • can some one tell me the different between artillery and tank, i mean i see no difference any more they are all wheel and can move ?

  • @runrunforest1

A mobile artillery piece fires a big round over a long distance, usually scaring the enemy more than hurting him. It is usually built on the chassis of an existing tank.

A tank is almost the same, but it has a smaller gun. It is made to take out enemy tanks.

  • Comment removed

  • that's not your gun, that's the us army's gun!

  • Check out the new swedish artillery "Archer" now that kick's some serious butt.

  • they not even aiming wdf lol

  • Any job where you have to lift 100 lb projectiles in rapid succession is not lazy. And that is not a telescope, it's a collimator, and they're not using GPS because they're most likely firing degraded ops. In normal operations they do use GPS.

  • your land and oil belongs to USA, UK, ISRAEL, GERMANY AND FRANCE!!!!!

    damn thiefs! fucking muslims!

    GO USA

    GO MOSSAD

    GO IDF

    GO UK

  • @AntiislamArt Iraq belonges to Iraq people. Fashist usa army will burn in hell!

  • @paullonly11

    TY GOVNOV SUCHKA!

  • @Wrtbrgr87 This is the only you can say!? Your shity army wil run out of Iraq and Afganistan with beaten asses. Loosers!

    From Russia with love ))

  • @paullonly11 If you are talking about the United States than your comment is entirely invalid, simply because your lack of acknowledgment of NATO's presence in Afghanistan is quite humorous. In case you didn't understand that, I'll sum it up: There are a number of countries ready to assrape some ragheads with peashooters.

With love from Boston, Massachusetts, United States of America, bitch!

  • @death55546 Yes, I'm talking about your coward us army that can act only against small countries like Serbia, Iraq, etc.You have already been assraped in Vietnam. Now with all your power you can't win and end war in Iraq and Afghanistan. US army (with all NATO dogs) will reatreat soon and leave these free countries.

  • @paullonly11 You are so misinformed. I can't believe you really think we are at war with a country. Does Al'Qaeda or the Taliban ring a bell? You know, the sand niggers that hide and caves and take popshots with RPG's? Perhaps a comparison to your Chechen rebels will refresh your memory. That is the only reason it is taking so god damn long, they are hiding from NATO's precision firepower. It took HOURS, mere HOURS to break Iraq's line in Kuwait. Iraq had a MASSIVE military force there.

  • @death55546 As for Chechen rebels, I agree that it is a shame for our goverment and presedent Eltsin, but not a military, because they were betrayed by this thievish administration. And I also want to remind you that Chechya is a part of Russian Federation. But Serbia, Iraq, Afganistan, Iran, ... are sovereign nations.

  • @paullonly11 Vietnam was a lesson for the United States, do you know how much our military has advanced since then? The M1A2 Abrams is the second best tank in the world, it's brother is the Leopard II, owned by Germany, a fellow NATO force. The AH-64D Block III is the best attack helicopter in the world; the M4A1, which is used in the hands of skilled Marine marksmen, is one of the most accurate medium range rifles on the planet. Compared to 1967, the US in 2010 is the biggest superpower today.

  • @death55546 In the first time I think you are another one fanatic US patriot. But now I see that you are brain washed by your goverment. I don't have time and enough space to explain. Please see the following materials on youtube "endgame", 9/11.

Your goverment use a fairy tale about terrorists to make a war for money and oil.

  • @paullonly11 You are quite childish. You look at an American and think one of two things, "he's patriotic and blind" or "he's brainwashed". You know Americans have done A LOT for this world, A LOT. The standard 500 characters on YouTube doesn't even scrape the surface, so I won't get into it. But really, oil? You realize the vast majority of oil in the Middle East resides in Saudi Arabia? Which we pay for. It's not a matter of "brainwash", because I know America news media is bollocks at most.

  • @paullonly11 Furthermore, money is another thing. This country has invested BILLIONS after billions of dollars just sending men to the Middle East, let alone paying for supplies, food, etc. America is gaining nothing out of this war on terrorism, no one EVER gains anything out of a war. So here you are saying we make MONEY off of this war? Don't talk to me about 9/11, because I could give a flying fuck. Yeah yeah, corruption, whoop-dee-doo. Corruption is non-existent in the rest of the world?

  • @death55546 War costs money - you and all americans pay taxes, but private military corporations make a lot of profit. War is the most profitable business. I agree that ordinary citizen (US or smb) don't see money from war.

As for 9/11 it is your right to close eyes for truth, because it's very dirty. It's american "arson of Reichstag", not smth more.

See "endgame" and say your opinion.

  • @paullonly11 No, I'm not going to watch a petty fucking video, because I don't care. Is corruption non-existent in other countries, ESPECIALLY Russia? That's all I'm going to say about that.

As for PMC's, they are the only ones benefiting, but they still endure losses. However no one is talking about PMC's, we're talking about countries. War is NOT the most profitable business, you should know that oil is the most profitable business. Resources ALWAYS are.

  • @death55546 Unfortunately we can't speak about countries if we don't know who stands before there decisions. If we don't know the reasons - the dialog is useless. Anyway, you have your opinion, but don't want to look more widely. Why? This film done by american people - it's not Russian propaganda.

Do you see ZEITGEIST? Try to have different informaton, you will still have your own opinion, but you will be more informed.

    Good luck!

  • @death55546 If you want to have a dialog we can speak by ICQ or some american forum (give me a link). I think it will be interesting. This place is to bounded for such dialogs. Anyway it's was interesting what do you think as a common sitizen as I'am.

But I don't have your enough opinion because you refuse to think about some things.

  • @paullonly11 fuck i hate you trooofers so fucking badly, war is not the most profitable business

  • @death55546

So if you own shares in the companys that make the war machine you wouldnt make a few bob from a long drawn out war???

Ohhh no, course you wouldnt!!! DOH!!!

  • @cheekyleopard Why would PMC's ever have profitable shares in the stock market? They are security firms, not corporate giants.

  • @death55546

America aint gaining anything but the big co-orpearions are. You think the governments give a shit about their own country?

Its hardly a conspiracy, its common sense.

  • @cheekyleopard That's the point of corporations, which PMC's try not to be, because they actually need to work...GASP!

And yes, governments DO care about their own country, because a country without it's people is not a country. So without caring for the country, the government turns into King Nothing while anarchy rises. Do you want to rethink your argument? I'll wait.

  • @death55546 Care and control are not quite the same.

  • @JangosSoulja Well I'm not exactly feeling oppressed, I can go get a gun license and purchase an expensive AR-15 if I wanted to. Remember, congress does the real work, and theres a fuckton of people in congress...

  • @paullonly11

Coward......stand in front of us and see who shits their pants first. We are the most powerful Army in the World. We are well trained, brave and more than capable of handling a little keyboard commando, such as yourself.

  • might be heavy, but it aint shit compared to an ATACMS

  • you guys ought to be in crusaders. i served on the a3 and a2,we rocked the spades. i miss ridin the recoil with my hand. honorary member of c-btry 2/34th fa ft. sill

  • Army is so lazy. In my neck of the woods we work a little bit and use the M777. It's a good challenge. Oorah!

  • thats all old stuff m109 is old the pzh2000 is the real atterely

  • this is planned to replace the current field artillery in the us armed forces

  • yeah but nothing like the good ol howitzers manually loaded good to keep some of those around in case of an EMP.

  • Heavy Mobile Artillery ! :)

  • i see a mortar :P

  • If you're referring to that small thing on the ground next to the tank, I believe thats a telescope for spotting.

  • You think we use "telescopes" to fire artillery...

The internet is an amazing tool, look up U.S. Army artillery and read about it.

The year is 2010 not 1810.

  • I know we dont, my bad. Although that is a telescope.

  • nah i called that howitzer a mortar :P

    plus that, army uses GPS...

  • I know they use Gps, but that is a telescope. Not for spotting, my bad.

  • uhh no, its a collimator, not a telescope for sighting

  • lol you can see the round coming out

  • Artillery: KING OF BATTLE

  • thats little try finding 1 of the german 40in gun(the only one is called DORA)

  • you call that heavy artillery? :D search for "DORA" or "GUSTAV". thats heavy artillery

  • yeah because they have rail ways in the middle of fucking iraq for some big ass gun to go on

  • More like heavy wastes of money.

  • thats not the real heavy artillery

  • that is a 155mm howitzer on a self propelled track system. anything 120mm and above is heavy artillery. i would know i've been marine artillery for over 5 yrs...

  • LOL!!! dude I would know to even though i'm 13 and in MIDDLE SCHOOL...Military stuff is like a hobbie for me. xD

  • your 13. you have alot to learn

  • @sk8rxpbdude So are you, like the world "alot" doesn't exists, maybe a lot.

  • @Froxz0r word* xD maybe me too lol

  • @Froxz0r i understand that. but like i said i get jumped on for missing a space when other people cant spell simple words

  • @sk8rxpbdude it's you're, not your.

Perhaps you have something to learn?

  • Your school must be full of idiots. Not even a history teacher knows? Wow.

  • SCHOOL Forget military history, kid. Go back and learn to spell.

  • thats sad ppl these days dont look beyond at what the world is doing

  • if the military is a hobby than you got some issues.

  • if being afriad of what the world is doing then u have issues how can war be a bad hoppy? ITS KILLING OTHER PPL!!!! HOW CAN THAT NOT BE GOOD?!!!1

  • what does that have to do with anything that i said? dude like i said you are 13 years old. you have alot to learn about the military and life in general
