We are doing it in summer, where gonna do it in forest area or wide open baseball field. Our Rules:

4 type of zombie Tank (15hp),Hunter (10Hp), Witch (20hp) and Normal Zombie is (5hp) Head Shot 5 dmg body shot 1 dmg we have to survive in 30 mins,,,,,,,,>.>

We have cover, and two main bases. We put them out of the way for Zombie because there's so much tackling and we didn't want anyone getting impaled by the base stands.

Although I do think the lives/limbs thing is a bit complicated, would be easier in my opinion if it was just 2 hit kills (or 1 head or 1 rocket) on the zombies

Well everyone usually ignores the limbs rule for Zombie, but it's much more interesting if you include being able to slow down a charging Zombie by shooting off a leg. Also, Zombies have a better chance of surviving a kamikaze charge on survivors if they have their arms as shields to take the first few hits.
