  • Sweet guitar indeed, but where is the lead part?

  • what about the intro mini solo?

  • Sweet guitar. thinking about buying one of these exotic classics Bich with the koa. I love the looks and owned a masterpiece Bich that I liked alot im just concerned about the nato wood. what do you think of overall quality and sound with the ceramic Rockfields and nato combo.

  • @88mpny I forgot to mention it does sound good.

  • respect^^But you playing this easy guitar play solo:Dthis first Solo:D

  • thats a pretty beautiful guitar :) great lookin finish

  • i soooo can't do that xd

  • I want your guitar.

  • I have the same guitar also. I added chrome pick up covers though, It look soo much better matching the other chrome parts.

  • Got me the Mockingbird ST beautiful guitar. probably the nicest BC Rich guitar out there. they play beautiful

    great cover man *****

  • I have that EXACT guitar andit is the most solid built (neck thru) and sweetest playing guitar i have ever played, Sustain is awesome. I am sold on the neck thru construction

  • @ten8goa With the stock pickups?

  • lol i forgot to mention ... what kind of guitar is that?

  • BC Rich Mockingbird Exotic Classic

  • nice guitar

  • That's a nice cover.. but why didn't you play the main guitar's part too?

You could have easily done it ;)

And I'm happy for seeing more ppl using B.C.Rich ^^

  • very nice mockingbird

  • excellent playing,

  • body of christ

  • I've seen Leslie West many times back to 1969. He never plays Missippi Queen the same over the years. Your tone is very good, let it rip a little, Leslie does all the time.

  • man that neck looks freakin wide lol nutin like a LP very nice playing

  • i have this same neck through exotic bird. trust me its a very fast neck and plays better than a gibson. ive compared them .

  • I think it sounds Great! Nice guitar too..

  • To much reverb. You're almost sounding Eric Johnson-ey.

  • yeah ur right

needs more of a punchy sound of the southern rock genre

think he needs to let loose a bit more an all

    otherwise its okie day

  • would u prefer this guitar to a hard rock/rock ballad/metal player?

  • hard rock yes, but metal no, you could go for a bc rich or ibanez, great metal guitars

  • umm this is a bc rich lol

and yeh its an all round one

but i guess its only so good if you get the neck through version

  • tite mon

  • I just ordered a masterpiece mockingbird. I came to your video to see and hear how a mockingbird plays

I was excited now I'm friggin pumped

  • great playing! Nice sound too! lmao does that guitar motivate you to play?

  • awsome thanks

  • how the neck on that feel? nice playing btw

  • what tuning?

  • Standard tuning

  • Awesome!

Where did you get the backing track?

Also, how do you get that good overdriven tone?

  • Hi..Glad you liked it. Backing track is free at GuitarBTdotcom.I'm using a Johnson J-Station for the effects. But a Line 6 POD will do just as well. Thanks.

  • I will kill for this beautiful mockingbird! lol you kick ass

  • i like this song from mountain....

  • is that a mockingbird custom guitar?

  • It's a B.C.Rich Exotic Classic Mockingbird. A current model offered by BC Rich.I paid $700.00 with case including shipping.

  • Finally someone who understands how to play the intro! Every other video i've seen the last note of the intro riff is not vibrato'd at all and ends way too fast. you rock man.

and jacoobZ, acdc is not grunge, far from it. nirvana is grunge. melvins in grunge. mudhoney is grunge. acdc is not grunge.

  • Nice, I really like this guitar but I've one question:

How does it sounds when you like classic rock / grunge (for exemple AC/DC)?

  • Thanks. It's a B.C.Rich Exotic Classic Mockingbird. About $700 new.

  • Mockingbirds kick ass!

  • thats an awsum gitar how much was it?

  • is this guitar good for playing like classic rock like led zep, free and stuff like that also guns n roses?

  • great job i need your tabs plz can you msg me if u can send the tabs

  • nice guitar

  • dude nice cover of it, no solos, but thats why i like it its great for other players to play the solos in time with it and it allows you to have almost a live feel now when you play man thanks i use this vid to practice with all the time

    5 stars keep rocking!

  • not to hate but what happend to the badass squealing intro part, theres a lesson on youtube for the song, and the tab isnt that hard, can play that part with 3 fingers

  • pretty good but wat about the first solo???

come check it out by me

  • is the neck thin or thick? im thinking of bying one myself:)

  • The neck is wide, but thin.

  • Do you reccomend running this guitar through a Crate Flexwave 120wHalf-Stack???

  • nice Bc Rich Mockingbird!~

  • I believe it's a B.C Rich Mockingbird.

  • What kind of guitar is that? Reply on my channel please!

  • beautful guitar

  • pretty good, wouldve been better if u mixed it up and did one of the solos or even changed up the rhythm part a little more. Not Bad tho, I'll give u props over many others who have tried.

  • sweet Mockingbird dude

  • nice

  • Nice work!!! You rock. Come and check out my Mississippi Queen version

  • yeah i agree

  • Ah man, I need to start taking lessons soon. Doesn't seem too complicated. Looks like I could start learning this almost right away.

  • to low

  • Same key as the original...if that's what you're referring to.

  • Definately the best version Ive seen on here, and Ive seen all of them. Great to see Leslie's GREAT TONE emulated.... and as you are well aware, never duplicated. But it still sounds GREAT! :)

  • incredible. you'd make Leslie happy!

  • Excellent....and pretty damn close on the original sound. One of the better ones i've heard on here.

  • Prettey cool!

  • He's awesome...what else can I say!

  • Outstanding Freddie

I am a visual type and with your video it will make it easier for me to play along. Thank you..Keep it up

  • Excellent - for those in the know....Mountain!

Great job - I feel like I am a teen rockin in my room again! Good job!!!!!!!

  • that's a pretty sweet guitar.

  • The thing that is most original about this very nice piece is that the keyboard is barely noticeable---just like the old days. But I kept waiting for you to rip into the lead---It's not tough. Nice job!

  • It might not be tough to "do the lead" but Mike knows NOBODY can get the tone Leslie West can... Its either Leslie's tone or its everybody else's tone :)

  • I love that song. Awesome job! You made it sound like the original.

  • YOU THE MAN Freddie !!!

  • Well done Freddie...you are outstanding!

  • OHHH Freddie... you make that new guitar SMOKE and ROCK!! aint She Pretty...with that light blonde front. Great choice of song!

  • Don't know the song - did a quick search and think you've the best timing of all those that I've seen. I also love the sound you get on your videos -- very nice. And yet another nice guitar. Keep 'em coming Freddie....

  • Rockin guitar, sounds like the original
