  • 8 people who don't like the vid... I'm guessing people who don't understand French. Too bad.

  • Ton test a d'lallure, me manque juste le 400$ là.

  • @PhilQcMetal C de loins le meilleure upgrade que jai faite a mon rig.... ca vaut le $ au max!

  • @PhilQcMetal Check l'autre clip que jai monter....

  • HA love the adam02 reference in the beggining.

  • @CapnPuff69 :)

  • Really nice piece! I'm looking for one of them... can you tell me the difference between the isp decimator rack anche the isp decimator PRO RACK G?

    thanks a lot!

  • @MrSplugen You should get one... its the best piece of gear I purchased that year. I've had them all... Rocktron Super C, Rockttron IICX, NS2... nothing compares to the ISP stuff. The pedal is always very good just not as versatile. Meaning this is a two channel. And the PRO RACK comes with the Stereo mod... that gives you an extra filter. You connect your instrument into the ISP (Filter 1) then each channel filter your amp. Since I use an ADA MP1 i send both outs into the ISP and then into cab.

  • @4x12 So which one do you do you recommend me? I play in a metal band, what mean a lot of gain and a lot of feedback if I turn the volume up.. does it cut some frequencies?

  • @MrSplugen The pro-Rack with Stereo Mod. The moded version allows you to filter out the any noise coming from the guitar with its own input. So anything your axe can pick up (radio freq, neon hum etc..) will get filtered in the 1st stage and the back input of the ISP will handle the amp. And if you use a two head setup, You can clean up both head. Stay tuned, I got a new cam recently and ill redo these clips without getting shit faced before ;) and ill put them in english.

  • @4x12 yeah, thanks a lot man! I'm gonna buy one of this soon!;)

  • @MrSplugen You won't regret it. Let me know what you think when you get it.

  • I am your God !!

  • Really cool dude, I didn't understand a word u said(exept SIlencio :D) but you showed me the power of the Pro Rack.

Its pricey, but I bet its worth every penny.

  • one question how quickly does the noise gate activate when you are playing a riff with lots of stop starts where you have to have bits of silence between the chords? does it kick in quick enough??? and is there any Tone suck???

  • No tone sucking at all... in fact, the new versions of these ISP units have a small mod done to it that opens and closes the noise gate at a faster rate... I talked to Buck at ISP (the owner) and he sent me the info by email so I could mod it myself and it does makea difference. Theres another clip I have loaded where I jam a little bit with it to show it off... you might be able to tell how it opens and closes on that.

  • The feedback & noise you hear in the video is caused when I turn off the ISP. There will always be a small amount of hum somewhere that is caused by ground loop... you can't really avoid and lots of things will cause that. You can how ever reduce the ground loop by doing a few simple things. I might make another vid regarding groundloop hum soon.

  • video wont load for me, so question.

5150 w/ EMG 81 brutal sound. feedback when guitars at full volume but not playing. buzzing when guitar master volume is turned 100 percent down. will this take away the buzzing AND feedback?

  • well if theres a :buzzing: while your vol is off i'd have your guitar checked out... either that or you've got some ground loop going on thats causing that noise. The ISP will kill all noise when not playing with vol at full.

  • Petit joujou, joujou, joujou!!! nice piece man! j'enveux un criss !!!!!

  • and yes... I was under the effects of beer during this clip. Thats why i'm a little "let loose" ;)

  • oula oui t'as surement bu un petit coup en tout cas la vidéo est très intéressante ... adieu le souffle et les larsen ... bien ^^

  • Would you prefer this over the boss NS-2? I got one running through the loop on my 6505+ and I still get considerable feedback. :(

  • for sure. I wouldnt trade this unit for anything!! Its THE best piece of gear I bought in 2007. The NS-2 is "ok" at best with low gain amps... These 5150's, MP-1's and other high gain amps are in general noise monsters and this unit kills any unwanted crap! Listen to the clips and you can tell how quiet it is at 2:09. Get the Stereo mod unit is you can afford to dish out the extra $60

  • NS2 sucks the tone, isp do not !

  • + 1

  • I want this! I get tons of feedback at low volumes with my spider valve head. question though - do you use both channels of the ISP? I know one goes through the front and one through the effects loop but I don't have an effects loop on my amp. I think the front end is where the feedback occurs... can you use the channels independently? cheers

  • Get the ISP with the stereo mod, its an extra $50 charge but worth it. With the mod you kinda get 3 channels, it lets you filter out all incoming noise from the guitar (monitor hum, neon buzz, radio signals from pups etc...) and you can hook it up to the fx loop. When I use it with the 5150 I only use one channel so I can use an A/B switch and put another amp in the 2nd channel. When I use it with my ADA rig i use both outputs of the MP-1 and send them into each channel of the ISP.

  • man thats awsome thanks alot. now i know what to get for noise gate. your a saviour!

  • happy to help out...

  • Hey man, Ive got the decimator pedal and run thru a 5150II/Marshall(4X12).

It is awesome! It is much easier to use than the Boss NS2.

What are the extra features of the rack? You may have covered that. I'm Canuck but my Francais sux eh grande!

  • If your asking about the extra features on the ISP is the extra "cleaning" stage... best way to call it. This unit gives you an extra input for the guitar that lets you filter out all unwanted noise caused by the guitar (pick up hum, neon hum, monitor hum etc...) and then the channel 1 & 2 take care of cleaning up the amp or preamp.

  • good video bro! So are you saying the decimator gets rid of those tons of feedback when cranking the volume of a 6505 over the half? And is there a difference between the rack model and the stomp box unit?

  • Thanks. yep, thats whay i'm saying. I was using my 5150 I head. I was showing how the ISP unit kills all noise coming from ANY amp.The 5150 I is a gain monster and i very noisy and even with the Vol's up at ten the ISP kills all background noise, feedback, hum etc... I havent tried the pedal BUT some friends have it and really enjoy it. There is a big difference in price but its money well spent when dealing with a high gain rig. My ISP as the stereo mod on it.

  • That's really helpful, thanks man! I think I'll order myself a decimator..it seems to be the best anti noise unit around! Have a good one!

  • What about posting videos of you playing instead of this bullcrap..

  • dude, shut the fuck up. I have other shitto do than posting a clip of me shredding or jamming. This clip was made for friends who wanted to get the ISP unit but didnt think it was worth the $500. so piss off.

  • @krebsjude Funny.... this bullcrap vid got 4 people to buy this unit. Aint that bad I guess...

  • i have never been more entertained by a demo video. c'est bon. merci

  • Fait plaisir ;)

    Keep it rockin!

  • silence! haaha awesome man

  • C'est un bon p'tit francophone ça!! Hein!!

  • criss que oui.

  • fuck yes! pettrucci. lawlz

  • hahaha hello guitar noob i am you god.lol that was from the petrucci vid right

  • lol it was...
