I saw on a behind the scenes look at ghostbusters that Stay Puft was originally supposed to rise up out of the East River. That would have looked really awesome and scary but they had to cut it for budgetary reasons.
I love it when tone of voice and body language do not match what a person is saying, when that guy says "I am terrified beyond the capacity for rational thought" was priceless, reminds me of the DROOPY cartoons where droopy says how he is feeling with the same facial expression and tone of voice.
@baselpaul01 I agree with that....I must have seen this movie fifty times and when Ray says "It's the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man" still makes me laugh every time I see it.
@ruthinho You wouldn't believe how many rockets though! This is one tough marshmallow man. Then again, with a Vietnam flame-thrower, it'd be one TASTY monster!
@JackilynSkellington either that or a napalm bomb, then again, it might just burst out the back and set watever is behind the thing on fire, hmm could be problematic.
