  • oh ya oh ya, a classic from the past

  • Emmaline Finch was a knockout. How did Russell ever score a blonde knockout like her.

  • Some fantastic stunt work throughout this movie, and this chase is one of the best. Kind of a shame to see that beautiful '61 Impala bubbletop rolled. Not sure what engine was in the Dodge, but based on the badge on the grille, the Impala was a 283.

  • I love it when Sylvester tries to grab russle's

Car, the let's go and screams from the passenger seat! The funniest movie of all time. Only holy Grail can come close.

  • im gonna nail uhuhuhu :D:D

    Great Guy, RIP Dick Shawn

I am from Georgia, had no idea about him until i searched information and some interviews of him, after analyzing them i understand what a great person and great comedian he was and cinema lost a great figure

  • Boy I bet that 62 Dart convertible was fast! Those cars were built well, and you could never take todays cars on a romp like that!

  • Correcting your title, Russle is Russle Finch. The Englishman is Colornel Hafforn.

  • Johnathan Winters, Ethel Merman, Milton Berle, Terry-Thomas, and the great Dick Shawn in a red Dodge convertible (at about 2:45) - talk about great ensemble comedy - It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World!

  • When Sylvester ends up looking backwards in the car then screams! One of the funniest scenes ever!

  • God damm thats so fricking funny when he throws him off the bridge like that...it kills me everytime. Just answer me that, are you british? Yes, "AAAHHHHHHHHHH" Classic, just watching him tumble over upside down into the ravine Kills me. Then there is the basement scene with Sid Ceaser which is the pinical part to that whole movie, probably the greatest comedy of all time.

  • @baronsting The basement scene with Sid is one of 2 movie scenes that made my late father laugh. The other one was young frankenstein when he lit his thumb on fire.

"Yes, why? Don't you like the English"? He asked so incrediously before he went flying head over heels. God, this movie is the best!

  • @baronsting He says English,not British.The Scots are Ok,man.

  • Ah, my favorite Shakespearian soliloquy of all time:

You're getting me...boy are you buggin me, man! I'm gonna...when I get...I'm gonna nail...ooohoohoo...gah...I...I'm gettin bugged now, whoa man!

  • @reprobacious yes this movie is the most priceless of all times, no comedy can win this one over. lmao

    boomcc1

  • i said stop stop stop lol i love it.

  • Sylvester steals this movie

  • "Have a care! That chap's run absolutely amok!" LOL! This is still one of the funniest movies ever!

  • AVGN listed this as his mavorite movie of all time for good reason

  • Greatest. Comedy. Of. All. Time.

Period. Thisss is the good stuff.

  • Momma!

  • "Are you english? Just answer me! ARE YOU ENGLISH?!!

"Yes. As a matter of fact I am. Why? Don't you like the english?!"

    "WWWOOOOAAAAGGGHHHH!!!!!!"

"Have a care! That cahp's run absolutely amok!"

  • @TheCoolProfessor You want me to fly the plane you want me to work the radio what are you the hostess.

  • @12b1012 every other line is an insult

  • Dick Shawn was 40 here. Doesnt seem like it. Infact hardly anyone in the move was under 40. Emiline was like 30 and Monica was 35.

  • Dick Shawn as Slyvester....a total classical role of a lifetime for him! This scene was worth it in this movie!

  • Oooooo, you're buggin' me, man! Yeah!

  • i like the part where the englishmen went over the rail. that was crazy!lol

  • you're buggin' me

  • "Are you English? Just answer me, are you English?!?"

"Yes, as a matter of fact, I am. Why? Don't you like the English?"

    LOL!

  • 2:46 - 2:55 Best scene ever!

  • Tell me about it.

  • Nice red shorts!

  • Hysterical. What good comedy is all about. Not the crap nowadays....sigh...

  • LOL....Oh Mama... :-)

  • I remember seeing this with my dad and best freind when I was about 15 and we all were saying the line "I said stop that car" for weeks
