they didnt actually cut him. he is still tryin to recover from this injury. well they did cut him but the vikings are still in contact with him. maybe next year...?
I broke my leg in a similar manner (I was playing football as well). But seeing this even hurts me, I guess since I know the pain. Dang, I hope he's ok now.
I just came back to see this again after seeing E.J. Henderson's injury last night. I still can't believe the way Gordon's foot was turned around at 180 degree angle. It's just painful to watch or think about.
this guy played football with me back in High school in Santa Monica. They are fools for cutting this guy. He is one of the hardest working guys I have ever met who has played football. We won the State Championship with him senior year..
cool to hear from someone who played ball with Gordon in high school. When this happened i was layed up with a broken leg from a sky diving accident, so i felt the pain he was feeling and still do every time i watch the video. Bummer he got cut. I kept watching for news on how he was doing but never heard anything, next thing I know I saw that he was cut. he was a GREAT player. hope to see him back on the field. also listened to some of your music... sounds good man keep it up.
Actually I am a huge Packer fan, but they handled Favre wrong, Favre is the reason I am a Packers fan and I will always be a fan of both,
Also last year was a different offense, Queens have a nearly identical playbook as Green Bay, also Favre has never played with a Adrian Peterson caliber RB.
Also I was a huge supporter of Thompson until the Favre thing, he has not been popular but I have always stood behind him.
Also don't you dare tell me if I am a fan or not, get over yourself.
You can be a fan of both. All I am is saying though is that if you were an huge fan, you would put the Packers first.
and if both teams make the playoffs, I hope you make the right choice and cheer on the Pack instead of Favre but if it only the Vikings, then you can cheer him on all you want.
I sprained my ankle last night playing soccer and it hurt so bad I couldn't breath....I can't even begin to imagine how much that break has to hurt :/
Why did they take off his jersey?

The viQueens just cut this dude today. I am a huge packers fan but I am cheering for Favre for super bowl this year, because Ted Thompson is a moron.
Reapster04 2 years ago
Bullshit dude. Don't consider yourself a 'huge' fan of one team only to cheer on their most hated rival because Thompson hurt your little mantoy.
Get over it and realize that Favre is done. To prove it, look at his stats from last year.
huss171 2 years ago
Yeah when he was hurt half the year. Stop being an idiot.

You better bring some guts if you take on the great special teams of the Green Bay Packers.
The little viking was snapped like a twig.
The vikings just can't find a way to win against the Packers.

Newsflash: The Vikings won this game. They also won the NFC North.

No they applaud whenever the player's leaving the field, okay or not okay, to show support.
RailsBaseball21 3 years ago
thanks for the comment bud!! as I said "Good sportsmanship"
sparkytp01 3 years ago
Why do they clap? I mean, if he got up and walked away, yeah. But when he's carted off on a freakin' gocart?
votechuy 3 years ago
I believe it's what's called good sportsmanship bud.He was a fallen hero, even held on to the ball till he hit the ground. I would also applaud him.
I just pray he will be able to play again next year.
sparkytp01 3 years ago
No, I mean the fans. They clap, when it's obvious he's in so bad a shape he can't walk.
I always thought they applauded when someone gets up, to show that they're glad the injured player is ok.
