first, the title is: Skylanders, Spyro's adventure, so it IS about Spyro;

second, i miss the times where you would buy a spyro game and you would spend an eternity to find all the gems in a level (a level you would go in by a portal on a level hub), discover secrets in the game, and so on... In short I MISS the platform style game which we had so many years ago, now they changed it to a action based game which doesn't captivate me at all... great, just great... btw, the model for spyro now sucks

@StagedPotato Okay, I'm getting sick of this, mostly because some retards in the Crash fanbase said Crash Bandicoot had Downs too when he got his Radical Entertainment redesign, which in all honesty wasn't anything different beyond being edgy and modern. But back to my point, Spyro's design is weird, but the least of the problems. What about the gameplay? What about the (seemingly) bad story? What about the money costs? Spyro's look is far from a real problem unlike some other stuff in the game.

@StagedPotato Well, it is pretty different, but keep an open mind. Crash is made to look a little more "punk"-ish, but isn't very different fundamentally. The change of of the TLOS look and Skylanders look is slightly more drastic. I guess they did it to make him fit into the style of the game, but it's still not good.

A lot of people don't like the figures either because of how kiddy it is or more pragmatic reasons like a waste of plastic, a lot of space would be needed to hold all of them, etc. I kind of like the idea of having some physical connection with the game world, but the space needed is a bit much.

I liked the adventure element in the 'Legend Of Spyro' Series', but the enemies weren't the best, and I loved the enemies from the first 3 games.
