It is actually the same for every race and every unit that you want. Google for sc2 unit attack priority and voillá

I remember back in the day when repairing SCVs were a low priority target and the only way to kill a Thor+SCV push was by targeting individually the SCVs, or surrounding and then using this Hold Position trick.

@Ibanezkurt147 No, it would not because if you do hold posistions the zerglings attack what it can hit, but a hellion has ranged attack so it would attack the thing attacking it if it is close by.
