there is a law in china that says that for example if the guy that run over the girl in the video were to bring her to the hospital he would have to pay for the hospital and he would also get fined for running her over even if he didn't run her over. It's common for the people after they hit someone to run them over again purposely to kill them so they wouldn't have to pay more.

He made another important point. How can you be set up when it can be clearly seen on the child that she was crushed - ran over. Definitely it won't show on the investigation that you crushed her by your feet.
Despite my reaction, I'm not judging the whole chinese community to be this inhumane. I simply pertain to the people on these scenario and indirectly to all like them.

I know the host is saying some important point right here. And he's right. Even if people were scared of being set up, where people who helped the injured ironically get senteced, they could have at least called the police or an ambulance. At least the girl wouldn't have been crushed twice. And she might have still survived if she was taken immediately to the hospital by an ambulance.

The Court judged the old woman won the case.
